On a scale of 1-10, I would give Gerber a 20. They shared with me that it would take a week or longer to repair my car because of workload and finished it up in four days. I didn't need to have a rental car. They kept me in the loop regarding the repair status the entire time. Everyone I met (Katie, Angie and Kelley) were beyond professional and courteous at every opportunity phone in person and on the phone. Not only did they repair the damage as agreed but unexpectedly detailed my very dirty car inside and out. It's never been so clean! I was shocked. Needless to say, I highly recommend Gerber and this team here in Garner.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS I can't speaking highly enough of the folks at the location on Canton Rd in Marietta. They are the most kind and thoughtful and helpful group of people I've met in the service industry in a long while. My husband drives a Pontiac Pacifica which holds his motorized wheelchair in the back. When my husband and another gal backed up into each other, it damaged the back hatch door and busted the glass which was all over the inside, over his chair and lift. He was stranded without his chair. I called 2 other companies and was told they "could help me in 2 days from now" When I called Gerber on Canton Rd, they told me to come in first thing the next morning. Professional, helpful and friendly Gerber Collision service in Des Plaines, Il took care of all formalities related to the repair of my car, insurance as well as car rental. I was informed on an ongoing basis about the progress and costs of repairing my car and although it turned out that additional repairs were necessary, the car was ready for pick up on time. The service staff, with their commitment and kindness, made this hard time a pleasant experience for me. THANKS GUYS!!!
