No one wants to face a collision event especially when it was mindless behavior by a shopper who inflicted damage with their shopping cart into the tailgate of my brand new 2020 Tundra that doesn't even have 20K miles on it yet. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. But, to my surprise and delight, after Gerber Collision of Watauga, Texas delivered my car back to me, I couldn't tell, even under my scrupulous eye where the damage had been done. Happy doesn't express my feelings appropriately as I just couldn't believe a job could be done that flawlessly. The staff at Gerber Collison Sauk City were phenomenal!! Kim was always available to answer any questions and they were super easy to work with! Not only did they get my car in for repair, almost right away, they also touched up some door dings all along the side of my car while it was in there. I had requested a quote for the dings to get repaired while my car was in and it was way over what I was willing to spend at the time! When I got my car back, I saw that they ended up taking care of all of the dings on both driver and passenger side doors at no added cost to me! The repairs were done well and I will definitely use Gerber in Sauk, if and when I ever need them again!! Thank You So Much!!

The staff was professional, courteous and kept me up to date through every step of the process. The technicians returned my car looking brand new having fixed every issue including a couple I had not originally noticed. They even honored my special requests.
