I should've submitted this review almost a month ago, but it kept slipping my mind (Sorry). I want to start off by first saying that from the moment my husband and I walked in the Altamonte Springs branch we were treated like VIP clients. It started out with Jake making sure our rental car was clean and ready for pickup. He was so kind and really went the extra mile to ensure we were taking care of. The amazing Paul was the guy that took pictures of the damages on the car and submitted repairs to the insurance company. He was very communicative the entire time. We didn't have to guess when the car would be finished because we would get weekly phones calls and text messages regarding car status. Any time there was a delay we would know right away. Paul delivered great customer service from beginning to end and really made us feel like ... family. I would definitely recommend anyone that has an ear to consider the Gerber Altamonte Springs location for your collision repair needs. Ask for Paul.
