They did a Fabulous job on my truck! Had front end damage from an accident and my truck looks brand new!! Everyone there is Super friendly and very helpful! I called several times checking on their progress and apologized for being a pain. They told me it was absolutely no problem! When I went to pick it up they had even washed it for me! I live on a dirt road so it was very dirty when I took it in! While I was checking out paying my deductible I was told not to wash it for 30 days to give the paint time to cure. I was so afraid I'd forget I was going to write myself a note, lol. They girl at the counter wrote me a sticky note to put on my dash so I don't forget! These people are Amazing and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Can't thank y'all enough for taking such great care of my truck and myself!

I was thoroughly impressed with Gerber Collision in Greenwood from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout the process. I was especially impressed by Jill and Josh. When I explained to Jill that we would be paying out of pocket for a rental car due to the timing and spring break, she was empathetic and spoke to Josh. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed in record time. The work done on my vehicle looks seamless and like new. We will definitely recommend Gerber to our friends and family!
