The staff was very helpful from the time we walked in until we picked up the car. Craig was friendly and informative. He explained the paperwork to us, walked us around the car, marking the various dents and scratches, and kept us updated of the progress as we were on a time crunch due to the holiday week (Thanksgiving) and my daughter's need to return to school, out of state, by the end of the week. We are pleased with the work and appreciate the fact that the inside of the car was also detailed before pick up. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Not only did you adequately repair my Volkswagen Taos' collision damage, you responded quickly to resolve a "spin-off" problem. When I discovered that my car's "cruise-control" had somehow been rendered non-functional during the body work, you responded quickly to find and fix the problem. super friendly. Receptionist was very polite and quick with all the necessary information and paperwork. Rob, the adjuster was very thorough with the pics of the damage and was very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Very easy to talk to - friendly. First time I taken a vehicle in for collision work. Gerber made it easy for me. I expected a quite longer period to the repair but it was all done in a week. Will use them again for future repairs
