I called into this location to get a customer pay estimate, Spoke with a Sheri Henderson she told me to come on by she would fit me in, that being said i went to the other location off Tennessee St. and have called multiple times but he has never called me back. She wrote the estimate right then and there was so helpful. She explain the processes if we choose to go through Progressive. As a family right now we are going through it, she was kind and just over all sunshine in a dark time. We will be getting car fixed at that location if their able to do the work. 5 Gold Stars to this young lady.

If only I could give 10 Stars! We were on a cross country trip when the weather was over 100, I have a broken foot and am in a cast and 86 year old grandma was with us (took her to see kids) so my wife was driving the entire trip CA to CO - and then it happened, something came loose on the bottom of the minivan and was dragging. The other places we checked refused to see us without a prior appointment, but this Gerber location was happy to help - we pulled in, a wonderful tech removed the cover that had come loose and we never even had to get out of the car. I braced for the bill since we were at their mercy and out of towners - but instead he said, "No charge - happy to help you get back on the road!" You rarely experience that kind of service, proven by the prior places that didn't have time for us. SO THANKFUL for a place ... that was our angel in time of need. If you are local in Palm Desert, this should be the shop for you - they genuinely care about their people. read more

I had pulled up too far on my concrete parking barrier at work and the front bumper as well as the black thing under the front of my car came off. Everyone at Gerber could not have been kinder, especially Guy. It took a half hour and not only did they not charge me, but he wouldn't even take a tip. He just told me to pay it forward. My friend needs new glass replacement and a paint job on her car, so she'll be going here. You know you can trust them if they are so kind and generous. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

They called me any time there was an update and had my car done in 2 weeks which is great timing considering all the craziness in the world with shipping and handling stuff. The girls at the front desk always answer or call you back. Jorge, the estimator was amazing with every phone call explaining to me what I needed to know.
