Within 30 minutes we had confirmation of liability from the neighbor's insurance. a complete estimate, parts ordered and a tentative date to begin the repairs. Very organized repair facility.

Sydnie was excellent as well, very personable and professional and kept me updated. My vehicle looked amazing in the lot when I pulled in to pick it up, and when I got in I was even more surprised to find that it had been detailed and I had a full tank of gas! I was also very pleased with how well the rental process went with Enterprise. I knew the body repair on my Rav4 was going to take some time and Gerber did a fantastic job. They kept me updated via text on an estimated completion date, and got it done earlier.
