I am very satisfied with the communication and service provided to me while Gerber repaired my car after an accident. The only issue was the completion date. An automated text suggested a much longer date of completion. I spoke with Paul Rodgers and he indicated that AI issues the completion dates, so it wasn't accurate. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend your company to everyone I know.

Great communication about my repair, easy to talk with the shop about timeline and what needed to be done. I loved not having to deal with the insurance company, Gerber took care of all insurance company communication. My repair looks beautiful, the paint on the new section matches perfectly with the original paint. All the parts are correctly aligned which I worried about as the repair was all on curved surfaces.

I needed my bumper replaced, and they did an amazing job. The whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. I dropped my car off and had it back within a few days, which was way quicker than I expected. My new bumper looks perfect - you can't even tell anything happened. The staff was very nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, particularly Taylor who went out of her way a number of times. I highly recommend them!
