He and the painter examined the door and polished it out in less than a half hour at NO CHARGE. He needs to be commended for his honesty and saving Mercury Insurance the money for re-painting my door. Great service and expertise! Great honesty and integrity!

We had a great experience with Gerber. We used to use another auto body shop in the area, but their estimate was high so my husband recommended trying Gerber. The total cost was lower, it was completed quickly and the work was top notch. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional and friendly. I had a great experience at this auto repair shop! I went in to take my car that I got rear ended at a drive thru and the moment I arrived I was kindly greeted and helped. The estimator Julie J. went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired. She was extremely kind and patient throughout the process. I highly recommend this location and not to mention when I went to pick up my vehicle they kindly cleaned it for me inside and out!
