I was in a fender bender on December 23, 2025. The person at fault had Geico Insurance, which referred me to Gerber Collision. I got lucky!!! Gerber Collision made the whole process go smoothly, including setting up my rental. My car was returned to me a week later and it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend Gerber Collision. The women in the office are friendly and professional. Everything gets explained to you before and after the work is completed. I was so impressed with Gerber, I told my son to get his car done at Gerber after his car was hit in an accident. Thank you Gerber!

Replaced door handle and lock and window trim and re-did paint on driver's side after attempted theft of vehicle. Work was handled smoothly although there was some lag in straightening out insurance submission at the beginning. Overall, however, satisfied with the handling of our case and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Would recommend Gerber-Marion.

I knocked out one of my censors in the front of my truck. Took it to Gerber and (I ONLY deal with top management) Spoke with Jeff the General Manager (whom I followed from another company) and he had my truck fixed in 2 days flat. It needed parts ordered and painting. He was honest with me and didnt try to upcharge or up sell anything! I will NEVER go anywhere else or trust anyone else other than Jeff to work on the body of my truck. He ensures that it is RIGHT the first time! Awesome staff too....very friendly and helpful! Only way I leave Gerber is if Jeff leaves. I think that says alot about the company and HIS character!

I was hit by someone running a stop sign. Whitney N. worked with the at fault driver's insurance company (GEICO) to make sure they covered the costs to fix my vehicle vs totaling the vehicle out. I received my Toyota Highlander back in excellent condition. The process was easy and I was kept up to date on the repairs being done on my vehicle.

After doing an impatient turn out of a parking lot, I had my first accident. Called my insurance and they referred me to Gerber. I must say that the whole process was handled by professionals. From the Receptionist to the Estimator and to the final result, my stress level was lowered by how well they communicated and kept me aware of all steps. They had to deal with paint matching out of 7 samples provided, and an unusable replacement door. Hopefully I won't use them again soon, but I do recommend them. I am very pleased as to how my vehicle turned out. There is no evidence of my previous driving mishap. Thank you Gerber!
