Truck looks like new on the repair & very happy with the staff. The estimator (Sabrina) and insurance representative (Ashley) were very nice and easy to deal with. Would have given a 5 rating with a little more attention to details. No one cleaned the turkey feathers off of my radiator so now I will have to figure out how to do that now without removing the grill again. Also, the drivers door handle was dirty and the Window was left down on the drivers side door allowing dust in the truck.. I hope they paid more attention to the details while repairing the damage, I would've given them a five if they had paid better attention to details.

These people know what they are doing. Great customer service. They work well with your insurance company and car rental company. Their work is outstanding. They keep in touch with you and will give you feedback on Tuesday and Thursdays. Everyone is extremely nice. Hopefully I wont need their service again but if anyone out there need their services I highly recommend these people.

Scott and the entire team were amazing. I came in for a small collision repair and I had no idea what to expect. I assumed days without a vehicle and additional stress, however what I experienced was no stress and. Same day repair! I was so pleased I came back for some additional cosmetic repairs and my 2021 Passport looks brand new!! I highly recommend the Jensen Beach location for all your collision work!! I'm sorry I can only do a max of 5 stars. I stopped in to have a spot on the bottom of my door that was damaged by a road hazard looked at, as I was led to believe by the service people at the dealership it was metal and could rust. I did not know that this Gerber was closed on this Saturday, but Mr. Jeff B. happened to be there, whose one of their managers, and he agreed to come out and take a look. He was terrific. Explained to me it was plastic, and what my choices were; and was totally honest and said it would be fine if I left it alone or touched it up with paint myself. A very honest man. I respect honesty above all else, and because of his honesty, I would trust this company with my business always. Thank you Jeff for your help.
