I'm 65 years old and I can honestly say that out of all the body shops I used in my life I never had the service I had with GERBERCOLLISION. I brought my vehicle and I didn't have to call and inquire about one time. They send you an email with a projected date and let you know what's going on. I was amazed how easy it was and the best service. When I picked up my vehicle I could not believe it was my car. They washed and detailed my car. It's beautiful. I will use them again and spread the word about them.

From the very knowledgeable lady at the front counter (Ms. Darlyn) to the detailed orientated repair estimator ( Ms. Jessica), I was kept "in the loop" throughout the whole repair process. When they knew something, I knew it. I highly recommend these two ladies to be acknowledged for going over and above what most would have done. I am so impressed with the care for me and my vehicle. Samantha handled the entire process. From the insurance company to the rental care and would say her communication was on point. She was pleasant, reviewed the damages and reviewed the car with me after it was fixed. Up-dates were sent to me every week. Would call me back if I had questions in a timely manner. I was very impressed and would recommend their service. I can't remember the name of the woman at the front that answers the phone but she also was pleasant, answered questions and was instrumental in taking care of my car and that I had what I needed. Thank you so much.
