Luis and the team at the Boulder Gerber location did an excellent job giving us an estimate and repairing body damage from hail. We needed to reschedule appointments twice, and both times it was easy to get ahold of someone and reschedule. They also followed through with the work within the timeline they communicated and the repairs were thorough. They even cleaned our vehicle inside and out before we picked it up, which was above and beyond, and very welcome. We also appreciate they are a preferred repair shop with State Farm. We would definitely return to this shop and recommend it to others.

This place is a 10 out of 5 stars! Yes. They more than exceeded expectations with repairs on my vehicle. From the very knowledgeable and professional Ashley who went over every step of the process, including help with obtaining a rental car, to Kevin, the Estimator, things could not have been easier. My vehicle was repaired perfectly in an amazingly fast time. They even made returning the rental car easy; I was able to leave it on the premises. I can't praise the quality of work and professionalism of the staff highly enough.
