After getting a minor scuff on my automobile I took it took it to our local gerber shop in town. John was my service technician and did a GREAT job in getting the job done. He took pictures, gathered information from me and submitted it to my insurance company. They communicated with me several times during the process and had the car ready ahead of scheduled! There was a minor issue with the key fob not locking the car so after speaking with them they picked up the car at my house, got it reprogrammed and delivered it back to me. Excellent customer service! We've used gerber in different locations over the years, and have always received excellent service at every location. I highly recommend this company for repairs to your vehicle. Thanks from a very satisfied customer!!
