I was pleased with the work done on my 2018 Lincoln MKC. Mine was a parking lot incident and I was not a happy person. The other person admitted fault but Allstate made me pay 40%. The employees were very caring and got the job done quickly as I had to go out of town for a wedding and they hopped on it I and I was able to make the wedding. They did everything possible to make it as pleasant an experience as it could be. I will refer my friends.

I first encountered Gerber and their manager Antonio getting a quote after my car was rammed by a careless driver. He was super friendly, courteous, and professional. Once the other insurance approved the repairs Gerber ordered the parts and a few days later, I dropped off my care. Within just a few hours all repairs were finished, and they gave me a complimentary car wash as well. I will recommend Gerber to all friends and family and encourage you as well.
