I received my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer back on March 25th, 2026 after getting into an accident on February 1st. There were some issues I noticed after picking the car up. I contacted Kyle the manager at Gerber in Wheatfield and he had me bring my car back in and they fixed everything the right way. I would recommend going there.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality service I received on my 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I was greeted quickly, and our vehicle was inspected very shortly thereafter. I was quoted a price for the repair within 10 minutes of the inspection. I was advised that there could be some hidden damage, and if so, I would be immediately contact. I was and given a revised estimate, which I immediately accepted. I was updated several times during the repair. The shop completed the work 1 day ahead of planned for which I was quite happy. We picked it up this morning. It looks great. The warranty for work was discussed, as well as precautions I should take to retain the like new appearance of the vehicle in the area of the work. I might add that the folks at the Mandeville location are great to deal with and provide unfailingly quality service.

From start to finish, Gerber is A+ all the way. They coordinated my real pick up and drop off, dealt with the paper work and then it was time for the actual work. First. They were done a head of schedule. There was a change in the estimate and they worked with my insurance company. I was called regularly with updates and all of my questions were answered. I could not have asked or thought of better. I would like to single out a few people that were instrumental in making the process as painless to me as possible. First is Dani. She took care of the estimation and kept in contact with me and I always felt like I was in good hands. Second is Devin. She assisted getting my rental lined up and arraigned. when I picked up my car She arranged to have the rental company come and get it. They were both awesome. They did a fine job of repairing but I took it back for an adjustment to the hood and loose front bumper under cover. They got right on it and adjusted the hood and secured the under bumper right away. It looks great now! The paint job is flawless and you can't tell there was any damage! Great service, courteous and patiently addressed all my concerns!
