Excellent Customer Service from the minute I walked in the door. Greeting me immediately. Front desk alerted the adjuster (Kahdeejah K.) and he went over the whole process of giving the estimate to picking the car up when completed. They had Enterprise for transporation for rental and drop off and pick up complimentary. Very happy with the body work! Would definately refer this Gerber to friends and family!

I've been using this business for over 20 years. Even after the buyout of Campbells to Greber, the same good service still exists. I'm so pleased with how they fixed up my 2015 Chevy Traverse. It's a remarkable well preserved car, and they made it look new again after a small front end accident. They have taken care of many mishaps from deer strikes to totaling out insurance claims for me on unrepairable cars. I will never forget the extra service of polishing up the headlights on my car to make it look new.

Leslie and Don of Gerber Webster have been absolutely amazing! Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. ?? So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn't perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it's all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. Their customer service skills, responsiveness, and dedication to make up, satisfy their clients, and go the extra are really beyond compare.
