This experience was a nightmare for our family, especially since it was our first time dealing with something like this. As a household that lives paycheck to paycheck, the situation really took a toll on us. However, Gerber Collision & Glass truly worked with us every step of the way. They were patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, including what needed to be repaired and why. They even helped by reducing most of my deductible so we could pick up our car sooner, which meant a lot to us. The quality of their work was exceptional. They cleaned the inside of the car and washed the outside, it honestly looked like I had just driven it off a car lot. Job well done!

I had a amazing experience with Gerber Collision! Having an automobile accident is very stressful on many levels. However, from the first day we met Tony and the Gerber team, they immediately welcomed me and showed concern by first asking if I was okay. Tony then reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands and he would keep me informed throughout the process. True to his word, Tony was exceptional in his communication with me. Great service received car back in a fair time, just waiting on a part to come in! Bumper is pushing out a little bit but not sure if it can be fixable. But did a good work or fixing the whole the tree branch caused.

Repairs were covered by the other driver's insurance company (State Farm). Vehicle looks great - excellent work. Very impressed with status updates. We were given timely updates with what was being worked on and when repairs should be completed. If there were any changes we were notified immediately, which really helped with planning, and they were very accommodating to work around our travel plans. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.
