Unfortunately I have had frustrating experiences with another auto repair shop. Gerber was recommended by two different friends . Each one spoke of the professional, fair, clean work. I was fully informed of ALL the repairs before signing the agreement to do the work. The progress of the repair was given Tuesday and Thursday!! Dates of completion were always honored. The shop is a well run business and communication is a priority.

If anyone had told me there was a collision shop as perfect as Gerber I would have laughed in their face. My car was done in 3 days even though they needed an additional part, they gave me updates EVERYDAY, everyone I spoke to was so nice and professional!! I received paperwork on EVERYTHING that was done . A collision is an unfortunate event in anyone's life but Gerber makes it ALMOST a pleasure

I need to do a shout out for Natalie who runs, in my humble opinion, the Clawson location. I had my car repaired there and found one little thing that needed to be addressed as a punchlist, and I called Natalie and she had me in the next day and I was able to stay there and wait while that issue was corrected without any delay. Clearly, this young lady owns the customer service of that location and it made a difference for me after my Repair was done. Thank you, Gerber!

Your employees re a delight to work with and kept me informed about my vehicle. They also helped me with my rental car. The first one was too big for me and they told me that I could get another one. Just love working with you guys. Wish you were a full service auto shop. You know oil changes and tires. Thank you for your great service!!!!
