This experience was a nightmare for our family, especially since it was our first time dealing with something like this. As a household that lives paycheck to paycheck, the situation really took a toll on us. However, Gerber Collision & Glass truly worked with us every step of the way. They were patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, including what needed to be repaired and why. They even helped by reducing most of my deductible so we could pick up our car sooner, which meant a lot to us. The quality of their work was exceptional. They cleaned the inside of the car and washed the outside, it honestly looked like I had just driven it off a car lot. Job well done!
