Outstanding service from Tina and Danielle! I can't say enough good things about Tina and Danielle. They truly went above and beyond to help me with my 2019 Infiniti Q50S. From start to finish, they made the entire experience as easy and stress-free as possible. They made sure everything was taken care of, and when the work was completed, they even went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was taken care of if anything came up afterward. They arranged a loaner car for me, and when my car was ready, they personally came by the dealership, picked up my vehicle, returned the loaner, and brought my Infiniti back to me looking and driving as good as new. After getting a minor scuff on my automobile I took it took it to our local gerber shop in town. John was my service technician and did a GREAT job in getting the job done. He took pictures, gathered information from me and submitted it to my insurance company. They communicated with me several times during the process and had the car ready ahead of scheduled! There was a minor issue with the key fob not locking the car so after speaking with them they picked up the car at my house, got it reprogrammed and delivered it back to me. Excellent customer service! We've used gerber in different locations over the years, and have always received excellent service at every location. I highly recommend this company for repairs to your vehicle. Thanks from a very satisfied customer!!
