Don't go to any other body shop! Let me explain. My wife hit a road rock and slightly bent the door of our 2 month old Toyota Camry. The dealership sent us to George (Jorge S) at Gerber in Denton. I had never heard of it. I came in, showed the damage to George. He was honest, upfront, and easy to work with. He explained that the door, front panel, and light would need to be replaced. I asked for an estimate. He studied the car quietly, then looked at me and said "let me try something in the shop". Forty minutes later he brought it to me, fixed - it was perfect as if nothing had happened to it! It was amazing- and when I asked how much it cost he smiled and said "nothing"! Amazing! They did an incredible job, way beyond what was expected. Detailing was wonderful. Not even a speck of dust was found on the interior. Receptionist, Connie was as pleasant a person as I have ever encountered and Matt, the repair technician was incredibly detailed ab out conveying the process that was to be involved in the repair. Can not say enough good about the whole process. A 20 out of 10.

Three years ago, Gerber replaced a door through my insurance and they gave me really good treatment from start to finish. Then I went back recently to have them look at my door hinge. They immediately took me in when I drove in to look at my problem, fixed the problem and I was so excited that they took such good care of me and solve my dilemma. I am extremely satisfied with the repair work at Gerber Collision and Glass Company. I called on Friday. Made an appointment for Monday and repair work started Tuesday. Mr. S. prepared my estimate; his attention to detail is professional & thorough. The repair; passenger side bumper, dent work, & scratches. The restoration went Above & Beyond my expectations. It looks like NEW!! Also, inside was cleaned & car washed. I know every place does not go to this extent; because years ago projectile hit my driver door and repair was done. Dent was out, no frills (no vacuum & wash) was polite customer service; yet estimate took longer as did repair(with less damage). Had the door replaced on my 2021 Dodge Charger and was referred to Gerber, This was the hands down easiest process I've ever experienced! Life would be better if everything went as smoothly as my interaction with Gerber. The two ladies I dealt with were very pleasant and I left with full confidence that I had chosen the best place to have the work done.
