I'm sorry I can only do a max of 5 stars. I stopped in to have a spot on the bottom of my door that was damaged by a road hazard looked at, as I was led to believe by the service people at the dealership it was metal and could rust. I did not know that this Gerber was closed on this Saturday, but Mr. Jeff B. happened to be there, whose one of their managers, and he agreed to come out and take a look. He was terrific. Explained to me it was plastic, and what my choices were; and was totally honest and said it would be fine if I left it alone or touched it up with paint myself. A very honest man. I respect honesty above all else, and because of his honesty, I would trust this company with my business always. Thank you Jeff for your help.
