Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Evie over at Gerber Collision! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely incredible. She was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and she would respond right away. Evie went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had all the information we needed. If anything was off or needed attention, she made sure we were in the loop, which I really appreciate, it's such a relief to know exactly what's going on. Evie's customer service was 10/10. Truly amazing experience out of 5 stars!

She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The paint technician also did a great job and helped me without charging me, which I truly appreciate. GERBER C & G did a fantastic job repairing the rear-end damage on my '22 Honda HR-V. Kudos to the Technicians who provided their skill and expertise in the repair. The repair itself involved the rear hatch door, and interacting with the tail lights, backup camera, bumper, etc. and everything was restored in perfect working order with no issues. The Office Staff were amazing! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They handled my interaction with Enterprise Rent A Car, the paperwork, the billing with insurance, all of it, EXPERTLY. Thanks! Y'all are rock stars and I will definitely be recommending your services to anyone I meet who needs collision or glass work.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would ! I Had someone hit my car and was devastated but I brought my car to the right place . They worked as fast as they could and kept me updated through the whole process.
