Everyone was so nice. My jeep looks great again after the deer hit me ( totally his fault). My jeep was done ahead of schedule, the staff was very professional and understanding. The only negative things were a very small nic or cut in the tailgate decal, but the decal is black so I just dotted it with a marker, boom gone! And, they couldn't match up the decal that had to be replaced, but they got it as close as they could find, what'd ya gonna do? If ya can't find it....ya can't find it. Maybe check Amazon next time, that's what I'd do. Thanks again Gerber!

She said I'll be right back...she took the time to take some lacquer and managed to wipe it off! Gave me an estimate if I would like to have a repair done in the future! Loved the honesty! Personally, I have dealt with many collision repair shops. The staff here was extremely professional. They made sure I had a rental company here to pick me up, and when my car was ready, I could just leave the rental and not have to deal with it.. They dealt with the insurance company, and handled everything on that end flawlessly. The repairs they did it on my car was immaculate, quality workmanship. I have zero complaints! This is the second time I have had repairs done at this shop now. I highly recommend this place!
