We received excellent treatment from start to finish at Gerber Collision for the repair of a broken window and repair of some damaged trim around the window. The facility was cleaner than any auto repair facility I have ever seen and all of the staff from the GM (Nick N) to the service technician to the front receptionist, were all extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for any future aytomobile glass or body work needed!

I stopped by today just planning to ask what could be done with my bumper, someone hit me and left my car damaged. I met Matthew Madison, he looked my car told me everything that could be fixed and what couldn't, he asked me if I had time then, or if I needed to come back, he offered a ride I needed one to be able to leave it, I was able to wait and they fixed everything he said he could. Matthew was very helpful and polite, thank you him and his team, I'm very happy that they were able to fix my car! I already shared his information with a friend too!

I just want to thank the folks at Gerber Collision & Glass. They did an excellent job on my Subaru Forrester. They had to keep my vehicle longer than usual because there was a back-up on getting the headlight they needed to replace. They didn't just sit on their hands, they called several places to find the correct headlight in a timely manner. They were courteous and friendly and kept me informed of the progress on my car and the headlight issue. They even gave me my car back cleaner that it was when I gave it to them! They had cleaned the inside! I would highly reccoment Gerber Collision & Glass.

Don't go to any other body shop! Let me explain. My wife hit a road rock and slightly bent the door of our 2 month old Toyota Camry. The dealership sent us to George (Jorge S) at Gerber in Denton. I had never heard of it. I came in, showed the damage to George. He was honest, upfront, and easy to work with. He explained that the door, front panel, and light would need to be replaced. I asked for an estimate. He studied the car quietly, then looked at me and said "let me try something in the shop". Forty minutes later he brought it to me, fixed - it was perfect as if nothing had happened to it! It was amazing- and when I asked how much it cost he smiled and said "nothing"! Amazing! How many body shops would have done that - looked at the car and realized they might be able to fix it without ordering new parts? That ... takes honesty, knowledge, and problem solving skills.
