super friendly. Receptionist was very polite and quick with all the necessary information and paperwork. Rob, the adjuster was very thorough with the pics of the damage and was very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Very easy to talk to - friendly. First time I taken a vehicle in for collision work. Gerber made it easy for me. I expected a quite longer period to the repair but it was all done in a week. Will use them again for future repairs

Within 30 minutes we had confirmation of liability from the neighbor's insurance. a complete estimate, parts ordered and a tentative date to begin the repairs. Very organized repair facility.
