Dropped car off July 27 2025 at Gerber collision in Easton for rear collision repair from truck hitting us, Gerber did a depth estimate and found more damage when disassemble. Gave me updates everyday on progress of car. The estimate was more than the insurance company adjuster have but the other person insurance paid 100% of the damages. This is the second time I used Gerber collision they do one heck of a job and you will get your car back all detailed. Job took a little longer than expected. Would recommend them to anybody.

The latest repair was great, as usual, and I really enjoyed their communication by e-mail and phone to let me know when the car would be done. They said two weeks and it was two weeks. I wish every business gave me this high level of service.

Gerber Collision is definitely a 5 Star company! All the service personnel were friendly, courteous and professional. My repair work was done sooner than anticipated and the end result looked like new. I also requested an estimate for an additional minor repair, unrelated to the collision repair. Matt went over and above when he took care of that issue without any additional charge! It is obvious customer service is their top priority!
