The staff was awesome!!! Very professional yet made you feel like they were a friend and on your side. Staff went out of their way to explain things to me and informed me of things I didn't know. Also, they made me a lifetime customer because of the honesty that was witnessed. I had my vehicle done by the Gerber Collision and Glass in Valpo in which they did such a great job kn my vehicle that made me feel confident in their work and that they stand by their work with a lifetime commitment and guarantee. So the staff found something that accidentally got missed from the Valpo shop and explained that he would order the part and let them know that I would be bringing my vehicle back to get that part f by ixed at no extra cost to me. This is my second time in two years using Gerber collision to repair after accidents that were not our fault. Both times the team at Gerber have provided awesome service. They kept us informed about the work and the progress frequently so we were always in the loop as to what was happening. The car looks great from the completed work. Also they cleaned the car prior to returning it to us. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Already referred a friend and they are very happy also. Except I will say I hope I don't need Gerber again anytime soon. lol
