Was very pleased with the service I received from the Fairfield location from the time I called the office. Upon arrival they go over the process, walk out and look over the vehicle then will again complete the process of how repair will go. During the time they have your vehicle you'll get updates as to what has been done , time frame of completion and cost.

Your estimator looked at and said he thought he could buff it out. Five minutes later, my car looked like new. Thank you for your quick work and fantastic customer service. I opened my door, and the trim got stuck on some ice next to my driveway and tore right off! We pulled up to Gerber for the first time, and within 15 minutes my trim was put back on by Matt and a wonderful tech! We were so surprised it was done so quickly! Got new truck delivered with top rail of bed liner ripped off in transit, doing some damage to the body. Covered by the dealer (carvana) but was told to take it to Gerber. April took charge and ordered the part. Dropped my truck and 3 hours later she was calling me letting me know it was done and ready to pick up. Good as new. Couldn't be happier with April and the whole Gerber process. 5 stars for the whole team.
