We were given timely updates with what was being worked on and when repairs should be completed. If there were any changes we were notified immediately, which really helped with planning, and they were very accommodating to work around our travel plans. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.

Once they received all of the parts they quickly contacted us to get the car in to be repaired. They maintained daily contact to keep us informed on how the repairs were progressing. We picked up the car today and it looks fantastic! They also cleaned the inside which was above and beyond expectations. I just picked up my 96 Saturn for some collision repair and it was amazing. The beautiful work that was done at Gerber working with there staff was a pleasure. They were always friendly and easy to discuss all our issues with finding parts for such an old vehicle. I especially enjoyed working with their staff and highly recommend them to anyone. They have provided the best service of any auto repair shop for collision that I've ever used and I have gone back to them in the past and been extremely happy with their work.

The Ekhorn location really made this experience. We were rear ended in Florida (of course) and our Honda Odyssey's liftgate and bumpers were inoperable. The vehicle looks great. The only complaint is the length of time it took for the new liftgate to arrive but that was Honda's problem not Gerber's. Should out to Jennifer for keeping us informed

I had never used Gerber or Hudson so this was a new experience. Although I had my choice of repair shops I chose Gerber because you were a preferred shop of Integon Preferred (affiliated with Allstate). Work was started on 6/1/26 and completed on 6/8. Communication on status by text was frequent. Projected completion date was 6/11. All personal communication was professional. I was pleased with the work performed. I will recommend Gerber to those needing assistance.
