I had a 3-4 inch scuff on the hood of my newly purchased 2026 Ford Explorer ST. I bought it from a dealer located about 3.5 hours from my home and they said they would only stand behind it, if I brought it back. My mechanic recommended our local Gerber Collision. They not only meticulously buffed out the scuff, they did not charge me anything! Just shook my hand and said, if I ever need collision repair, give them a chance. And I absolutely would!

Let me start by saying Aaron and his entire team went absolutely above and beyond for us! We were in an accident and our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision & Glass. Since this is our only family vehicle, I was honestly very nervous about handing it over and trusting someone else with it. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. The work was completed promptly-actually before our estimated completion date-and the quality of the work went far beyond what we expected. Our Subaru looked absolutely brand new again! Every time we had to contact customer service, the experience was genuinely stellar. Everyone was kind, helpful, communicative, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. When I picked up our car, I actually left with tears in my eyes. Everyone was so nice. My jeep looks great again after the deer hit me ( totally his fault). My jeep was done ahead of schedule, the staff was very professional and understanding. The only negative things were a very small nic or cut in the tailgate decal, but the decal is black so I just dotted it with a marker, boom gone! And, they couldn't match up the decal that had to be replaced, but they got it as close as they could find, what'd ya gonna do? If ya can't find it....ya can't find it. Maybe check Amazon next time, that's what I'd do. Thanks again Gerber!
