Niki is 5 stars all around! I worked with her two years ago when I needed bumper repair from an accident paid for by the at fault driver. She was great then, walked me through everything and was always on time. This time, someone broke my taillight and I had to pay out of pocket. Since I knew this shop and Niki, I called in and they were able to order my part and make the repair within a week. The price was great, they charged me for the part and a very fair labor charge. I sincerely hope I never need auto body services again... but if I do, they have my loyalty!!!

Went to Dealer to replace door molding that had come loose. When I left the dealer some molding that hadn't been loose before was now flapping in the wind. I took my car to Gerber and they did a great job. I then decided to replace all the molding and once again they did a great job. I started having problems with my trunk lid not closing. After doing some testing I found that it was only when I used the floor button that it wouldn't close. It closed fine if I used the key fob. Jay D is the one that I have dealt with for the repairs and he said if you can still use the key fob why bother with repairing the wire connection. I decided I wanted to go ahead and repair it. After they took everything apart they found that the wire didn't need to be repaired but just cleaned up and reattached. Evidently the wire had come loose from the lock. Jay ... From start to finish this process was flawless. I could not be more happy with the finished product and I even got my car cleaned well it looks detailed thanks for the extra touch. My estimator Kelly F. was beyond professional and even touched up a couple scratches while she had my car. 10 out of 10!! I hope to not have to be back in a body shop in the future but if I do Gerber's is the only place to go. I will be referring anyone needing collision repairs. THANK YOU!!

Great customer service from the time I walked in the door to the time I came to pick up my car the anxiety that come from having to deal with a shop with your car of course the money but the anxiety that goes having a collision and have to pay large sum of money they made it all better kudos I'm very pleased with the service and then I was also informed that I can call them with any concerns.

The experience far exceeded our expectations. I have always done my own vehicle repairs, but this was beyond my abilities as a result of the electronics and calibrations, etc. We were a little uncertain also, because using this location was what our insurance company encouraged - but they emphasized as a result of their relationship any supplemental work would be more efficient utilizing Gerber, Claremore, OK. We could not have been more pleased with the experience - it is the best we have encountered in over 40 years at any service provider. The work was great, the time they had the vehicle less than anticipated, the customer service professional and courteous, and the communication was exceptional. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.
