Just moved to Cedar Rapids after retiring from 20+ years as an auto damage adjuster for national insurance company and I needed to locate a reputable local shop for an out of pocket repair. I got estimates from 3 shops near my new home to compare. Stephanie at Gerber wrote a good estimate with no added extras or up sales I did not need. Scheduling was easy and Liz called with an update my repair and to advise they should have my car done on the day they had promised. My repair was done correctly and on time. I am very pleased and would recommend Gerber to friends and family in need to collision repairs.

Outstanding experience with these folks. They anticipated my needs. Hooked me up with Rental and pick up. Only took 1 week. I've used this company under old management, and the new management is carrying on the legacy. I think the name of the receptionist is (Allie). She was awesome and had the amazing ability of multi-tasking all the clients in the waiting room at the same time. As I get older, I notice when service is good because it isn't most of the time. Gerber Collision and Glass is "old school" service. The techs are amazing too.
