Beyond that, when I picked it up, my car looked, inside and out, as if it had just come off the dealer's showcase. The Gerber team kept connected to insure me of when my car would be ready for pickup which was in a very short period. In addition, they cut costs to make it more affordable. I got estimates from 3 shops near my new home to compare. Stephanie at Gerber wrote a good estimate with no added extras or up sales I did not need. Scheduling was easy and Liz called with an update my repair and to advise they should have my car done on the day they had promised. My repair was done correctly and on time. I am very pleased and would recommend Gerber to friends and family in need to collision repairs.
