I had recently purchased a car from Carvana and the vehicle had damage to it that was not stated before purchase. Working with silver rock insurance and Gerber this damage was dealt with however. Gerber did a wonderful job on the body work. They kept in constant contact with throughout the process. I was walked the the estimation process, told what repairs were going to be done and then was walked through what had been done on pick up. The communication that Gerber provided was top notch as they texted me multiole times a day. The work was also excellent as they even saw damage to another part and got a replacement cleared through insurance as well. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.

I brought my vehicle in for repairs after being rearended. Intake with Deleny was very professional. She contacted Enterprise to have someone promptly pick me up to go get my rental. As repairs commenced, manager Simeoni was in regular contact with updates. He ensured that all parts installed were high quality. Since I work in DC, Simeoni also volunteered to stay after hours to make sure I was able to pick up my car when the repairs were completed. I was very satisfied with the job done and I highly recommend this business.

Rear bumper damaged while stopped. All staff were pleasant and very efficient. Bumper was repaired sooner than I had anticipated. Final work was better than expected but, there was a minor item I asked to be looked at. They did it immediately and I was happy. Good people

I'm sure the whole staff is amazing but I worked closely with Kelly and Kelly! Very professional, detailed in marking the damage to our truck and even better we had our truck back weeks before the scheduled date (thank goodness because chauffeuring my husband around was not fun??) Also shout out to Rob, poor guy drove me back to work when I dropped the truck off and he listened to me talk about nonsense the whole ride, I didn't have any cash for a tip but I offered to wax his eyebrows ?? he politely declined

I spilled about a quart of water on my back floorboard carpet. I was able to dry the top, but the pad and foam underneath were soaked. I was concerned about mold. I went to 5 detailing/repair shops and for various reasons they declined the job. I stopped by gerber collision in Mechanicsville, Virginia, my 6th stop. Adam, the manager, listened to my story and took care of the carpeting. If I ever have a need for car collision repair or glass, I will certainly go back to this location as well as refer others. The service provided and staff were excellent. Thank you so much!

I'm giving five stars for the service that I got from Denise and there was one other young lady up there and I can't remember her name for the life of a real sweet lady both of them real nice good people and I'll just be honest because of those two, I've told friends of mine cause you know we have race cars, and all that stuff too. You know so if they ever need auto body, always telling you, you go over there. Talk to talk to those guys at Gerber just cause you guys have been really good to me help me out been patient the lawyers and all the Insurance crap you know you guys have been super cool super supportive and Miss Denise went out of her way on her time off to help me out so huge kudos to Miss Denise. I don't know who who her boss is or what her bosses name is, but I really hope he is aware of the sacrifices that your employees make ... to make your customers happy and give you good reviews. I hope you know how valuable she truly is speaking from experience a 20 year army veteran senior NCO I've counsel soldiers and done a lot of things with soldiers and you see him come when you see him go you see the good one you see the bad ones you know so you kinda know people pretty good after doing all that so what I'm saying is Miss Denise for sure for sure needs a raise cause she's been like above and beyond over achieving to make sure that she helped me and everything was good to go and think of it is I know it's not just me because I was in there that day and I heard her talking to other people and she was bending over backwards for other people too so it's not just me you know which I wish I could say that cause it would make me feel pretty special but lol she deserves either some paid time off vacation paid something. Let her know you appreciate it cause she more than deserves it that I can promise you so thank you again to everybody there that's helped me out you're the best ever. God bless you take care of those two ladies upfront please cause they more than more than deserve it. You know if if I was in their shoes, I would expect it. I'll just say that you know they really you know they're just really great people. They didn't expect anything special from anybody. They just went in. There did their job to the best of their ability and their best of their abilities is quite awesome. By the way so I just I appreciate them. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism. You know they're their skill set on what they do on a daily basis is unparalleled unparalleled I've never seen anybody. I've been in the car business for a while too, and I've never seen anybody so outgoing, you know, indulgent in their job to make sure that things were done right for everybody so God bless him their angels in your in your in your shop that's for sure and I hope to God you take really good care of them and Miss. My car was caught in a flash flood in mid-August 2026. The carpeting and underlying mat were soaked. The repair involved removing and reinstalling the carpet and replacing the mat. They also inspected the electrical wiring and checked to ensure the engine oil and transmission fluid had not been compromised. Estimates were promptly communicated to my insurance company, and the service was completed in about four days. I noticed a problem with door trim fit and returned a couple of weeks later to advise the general manager. He took care of the problem on the spot.
