Thankfully, the damage to our Tesla was limited to paint work, but the quality of the repair was excellent and flawless. What truly set this experience apart was the customer service and communication. Kelly Ford was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, she provided daily updates on the status and outlook of the repair, clearly setting expectations so we were never left wondering. There was no overpromising, just honest timelines that stayed right on target. That level of transparency made the entire process stress free and left me feeling comfortable and confident. The care shown for both the vehicle and the customer was greatly appreciated.
