The repair process at Gerber Collision after my accident was great and professional at every step along the way. The adjuster, Luis, answered all my questions fully and explained each stage of the process, costs, and worked with me on timelines for the repair. The final result was flawless. We needed to wait to replace one piece that was on back order, and Luis figured out how to make that work so that I didn't have to wait weeks until it came in. My car looks great and I was happy to have the process be so easy and friendly.

The work you did in repairing my Grandson's car was absolutely Outstanding. You would never know that it was damaged and I was very impressed that you were able to repaint the damaged section and it is my opinion flawless. Also, I was very thankful that you kept us apprised of the process from start to finish. I would recommend you to anyone in need of a first class shop. As a side note, when we brought the car in the shop manager came out to look it over and he told my wife and me that when you finished with the repair we wouldn't know that it had been damaged and HE WE ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON!

The service provided by this location was excellent. From the initial contact, Ashley made me feel comfortable by explaining in details the steps they will take to fix my car. It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished.
