These guys were really wonderful today. I asked them to look at a piece of wheel housing and light fairing trim that had come loose in a parking lot incident. The dealer wanted to replace thousands of dollars worth of parts. But the Gerber guy fixed it with his grip and fist-hammering in less that 10 minutes and charged nothing. You don't get that every day!

I was absolutely pleased with the service and work provided by Gerber on Apalachee Parkway. And, Ty is an absolute gem...professional, personable, and on top of her game! She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and helped me navigate insurance, rental car, etc. Every time I mention how great Gerber Parkway is, the response is always, "isn't Ty just awesome?" I was very content with his work and detailed information provided at the time of each call. On the Day of Pick Up, 07 Days exact to the time of Drop Off, the vehicle was immaculate. Clean, Washed and detailed outside to its best. I appreciate this. The work was amazing. I have to be honest I was a bit concerned of the outcome. Very helpful and friendly managers. I went in to have an estimate done, they looked at the damage and did the repair while I waited. It was done quickly and my car looks excellent! They did not even charge me! I highly recommend this location and the work they do. It was so nice to be treated with such kindness and generosity!

My SUV had some front end damage from a crash and they fixed it and made it look new again. They washed it and cleaned the inside too. The lady at the front desk, Berkeley kept me informed and was very friendly. She made the process easy to understand and as painless as possible. She also helped me with Enterprise and getting my rental. When I called to check on my vehicle she always gave me the info I needed. She really went above and beyond. If I need any more repairs I will definitely be back.
