I damaged the front bumper of my 2021 Crosstrek. I bought a replacement piece online. I was unable to place the piece myself. I took it to the Subaru dealership, and they were also unsuccessful (although I am uncertain whether they actually attempted the repair. Finally, I took it to Gerber, who has previously done work for me. The young man behind the counter inspected the damage, identified the problem preventing insertion of the repair part, and fixed it within five minutes. He refused payment. I should have started there. Great body shop. Great employee!!

I have found the place where I can give the good people at Gerber a proper review. I don't usually do that. But Lexi (the adjuster who assessed the damage to my vehicle) and Joey (more than a front desk person) at the 10208 N FM 620 location treated me like gold. You can't find two people who are more on top of their jobs. It's no fun to have to get car damage repaired, but just exceptional service. Very professional. These people bend over backwards to help you through these moments. I didn't meet the people who repaired my car, but they also seem to have done great work. If you have to repair an oopsy on your car, I highly recommend going to Gerber and meeting Lexi and Joey. If you run the shop there, pay these people more! They're worth it.
