The manager and staff were very helpful to me in determining whether part or any of the body damage could be repaired using insurance, or whether I could use Paintless Dent Removal, a lesser expensive option, also achieving very good results. For PDR, they had a fine recommendation for me. This company is dedicated to outstanding customer service and satisfaction; minimizes the amount of time you are without your vehicle due to efficient service; and guarantees work for a lifetime. If I could give 10+ stars, I absolutely would!! I worked with Brandon R, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was even able to buff out the damage to my car so you can't even tell anything happened-and he did it all in maybe 10 minutes! I could not be happier with Gerber Collision & Glass, and especially with Brandon. Used Gerber Collision about a year ago and was very happy with the service. Stopped in this morning for a fix on my license plate bracket, which had come off. These guys are great. Musa took my car and in less than ten minutes I was on the road. Musa was fast, efficient and friendly. Gerber still has the "wow" factor. Highly recommend this shop.

What a phenomenal experience! EVERYONE there made this such a positive experience. I came in for my appointment and greeted by incredibly kind friendly staff. They were so patient with me and took such good care of me. Treated me like family. I loved knowing when I would get an update about my car. The text messaging system made it so much easier for me to get the information and continue to go about my day. I had personally worked with Kelsey who ensured that I was happy and cared for from start to finish.
