Moses, the technician, & Manuel M, general manager, helped me on a late Friday afternoon, when I frantically arrived at Gerber with my DIY job that went terribly wrong resulting in the drivers' side door being unable to open and unlock due to my neglect to attach inner car door cables. Manuel quickly assessed the problem and gave the task to Moses. They were quick, considerate and ultra efficient in fixing my error. They had my door panel back in place with everything working within an hour! The superb and caring customer service I received on such short notice was extraordinary! Gerber Collision of Greenfield was recommended to me by my car mechanic. I needed an emblem attached to my truck that indicated the model of my truck. I spoke with Andy who was very customer focused and helped with this within a few minutes and it was installed. Very good and friendly business who try to do their best for the customer. I have always had a good experience with this business previously when the name was Muellers and many of those folks still are a part of this company.
