I was also very pleased with how well the rental process went with Enterprise. I'm very satisfied with my repair. They completed it within the timeline they predicted. It looks great. The warranty is comforting i.e. liftime on the repair. The rental process by a third party provider was seamless. I'm convinced the staff is trained to come up with ways to say "yes" to customers requests.
