Three weeks ago my car was hit in a parking lot while I was in a store shopping. The person left after hitting my car without letting me know. I called my insurance company the next day to let them know what happened. They gave me their top 5 places to take my car. I asked for their suggestion because this was the first for me. They said if it was them they would go to Gerber Collision. So I did. My husband & I were greeted when we walked in the door, the lady (sorry I forgot her name) said Lindsey will be right with us. We went outside to look at the damage. Lindsey said she would text with updates, she did and that it would be 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. I returned today to pick up my SUV and she looked brand new. They even cleaned my car inside & out. I brought someone with me so I could return my rental and Lindsey said don't worry about ... it we will take car of it. I was in my car & back at work in less than a 1/2 hour. Thank you Lindsey & everyone at Gerber for being so professional and caring for your customers the way you do. My car was finished quickly (before time given) & the car looked great. I was very satisfied with everything connected to getting my car repaired.
