I've been using this business for over 20 years. Even after the buyout of Campbells to Greber, the same good service still exists. I'm so pleased with how they fixed up my 2015 Chevy Traverse. It's a remarkable well preserved car, and they made it look new again after a small front end accident. They have taken care of many mishaps from deer strikes to totaling out insurance claims for me on unrepairable cars. I will never forget the extra service of polishing up the headlights on my car to make it look new.

Leslie and Don of Gerber Webster have been absolutely amazing! Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. ?? So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn't perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it's all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. Their customer service skills, responsiveness, and dedication to make up, satisfy their clients, and go the extra are really beyond compare. I brought my car in for repair after a collision. While there, I asked to have other body repair work done at my own cost. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the work was fantastic!!!! My car was there for 2 weeks and they called every few days to inform me how things were progressing. I did not have to call them once to find out what was happening. I highly recommend them. My car looks brand new.

The staff was awesome!!! Very professional yet made you feel like they were a friend and on your side. Staff went out of their way to explain things to me and informed me of things I didn't know. Also, they made me a lifetime customer because of the honesty that was witnessed. I had my vehicle done by the Gerber Collision and Glass in Valpo in which they did such a great job kn my vehicle that made me feel confident in their work and that they stand by their work with a lifetime commitment and guarantee. So the staff found something that accidentally got missed from the Valpo shop and explained that he would order the part and let them know that I would be bringing my vehicle back to get that part f by ixed at no extra cost to me. You rarely see that kind of honesty in the world they also vacuumed out my vehicle before returning it go me. ...
