My son was in an accident over Christmas. Gerber was recommended by our insurance company. They were very kind and communicative thru the process. Took longer than anticipated but that's fine. My son had to go back to OK for college so when the truck was ready, my daughter and her friend returned it to him in OK. He immediately had issues so as soon as he was back for the summer, we took it back. They thought they fixed what the issues were but as soon as I left the lot, i took it to fill it with gas and the gasoline went everywhere! I drove it straight back and they kept it again. They ended up taking it to McWhorter's who said it would be almost $1000 to fix it and ins wasn't going to pay due to the amount of time between the wreck and now and there was no way to prove it was due to the wreck. I didn't agree, but, didn't have much ... choice so I paid for it and went on my way. Some time later, I got a call from Guy, the new manager of this area, who told me the damage was definitely related to the accident. He apologized and said if I'd send the McWhorter's receipt, they would take care of everything and fight with my insurance about it. They ended up convincing my insurance company that very same day that it was related and should be covered and I had the money back in my acct the next day! I was beyond surprised at this honesty and how forthcoming Guy was about the issues with the truck, etc. I'll recommend them to anyone as it's SO hard to find an honest company who wants to do right by their customers! To call me out of the blue after things had already been "resolved" and offer to make this right, is unheard of! It was such a relief and I've told several people about my experience. I haven't heard about Gerber Collision before, but when I parked my Trax SUV in front of the office on July 22, 2026, went inside, processing of my issue was done so fast, by the receptionist and then by Lew, was out of the office to get my car rental. SO GREAT

This is GEICO's preferred location for collision repair, so my van was towed here. The were some delays due to parts which needed to be ordered and delivered, but the mechanic communicated these delays to me. I requested a copy of the initial quote before signing all the agreements, and they were able to provide one. The location entrance was being re-painted during business hours, and their relatively small lot was crowded with cars, but I was able to maneuver through to meet with the mechanic, discuss the repairs, make payments, and depart with my van. The repair work done on the van itself was professional and I've got no complaints after a week of heavy use. Not my first visit here but hopefully my last! ????

Overall good body work and communication. Only issue was front headlight I had to take to the Land Rover dealer to have replaced which broke during impact. Was hoping for one stop repairs vs me having the rest of the repair work done.
