I would 100% recommend Gerber in Albertville to anyone. The whole experience was extremely smooth, communication was awesome, all employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and work was completed in a very timely fashion. I was able to see updates on when the vehicle would be finished via a text link they sent after I dropped my vehicle off. Area of damage now looks perfect! Huge bonus surprise....the vehicle was detailed even on the inside when I picked it up! I doubt anyone can beat this place!

When someone ran into my car and left a nasty gash along the right side of my bumper, I was worried I'd be stuck with a wreck. I took it to Gerber Auto Repair and from the moment I pulled in, Michael took care of me like I was more than just another customer. On Monday I dropped the car off, and by Wednesday-not only was my bumper completely restored, but several dents were smoothed out and my spoiler, which had come loose, was glued back on perfectly. I got my car back in such beautiful shape that I swear it feels brand new. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They kept me in the loop, did the job quickly, and the quality is top notch. I can't thank them enough for making what could've been a stressful ordeal into something almost seamless.
