I, and many others so appreciate the location on 141st in Beaverton. The repairs are the best My car is clean when I pick it up Their prices are reasonable so the insurance companies love them as well. There was an event where another little car with rear tires extended out. Other car tried to pass me got to close to the front driver's side and his tire just sun on my car. It look so much worse than I had hoped. Andrew at Gerber buffed it out beautifully and there was just a tiny dent visible. Didn't charge me so I went and brought donuts back. $20 well spent. I've used them about three times and wouldn't go anywhere else. Go where you know you and your car is taken care of. Thanks Andrew

I have never had such good communication from a company that I have done business with. They made the entire process seamless. Their business is organized and the employees were so pleasant to deal with. I specifically worked with Heidi in the front office and Johnny communicated with me often for updates on the vehicle. I can not recommend them enough. You can not go wrong with this company. I had to drive two hours one way to use their company and would do it again. Bethany gave us amazing service. Our car door was hit and it made it to where we were not able to open the door. There wasn't damage to the door where we needed the door replaced in order to open it, but we weren't aware of that at the time. Bethany had it looked at and they ended up fixing it for us from the inside until we could get the whole door replaced and we're now able to open our front passenger door thanks to them. When we asked how much we owed them they told us nothing. Bethany was absolutely amazing and we would go back to her anytime.

Everyone was very pleasant, very clean environment, got my suv back quickly and in the time frame they said and it looked amazing. Im bad at remembering names i wish i remembered but the gentleman that wrote up my estimate, when I came back to swap vehicles back out I had all of my work supplies with me and not long ago i was in a bad accident and he knew that. He offered to help me swap my stuff, I was ok to do it myself but I thought how sweet and it just added to an already great experience.

This is the second time they have done body work on our family's cars in the last six months. Service has been excellent. The damaged areas look as good as new once the work was completed. Work also done in a timely fashion, especially in the first case as was over the Christmas holidays and car shifted to the Gresham facility to speed up completion. I highly recommend Gerber and have no problem in giving them five stars.

Took my car here after being rear-ended. Had a quote within an hour. The office was transparent and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The car is older, so parts are hard to find and even still they got it back to me good-as-new within two weeks. Even cleaned the inside. I will definitely go back to Gerber La Crosse for future repairs.
