They 'say what they do, then they do what they say'. They keep me in the loop in the process, from start to finish. I have been very happy with their repairs, both body and glass.

The service provided by this location was excellent. From the initial contact, Ashley made me feel comfortable by explaining in details the steps they will take to fix my car. It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished. In other words, I did not spend a dime until the repairs were done. A full detailed final bill was given to me. A walk to examine the repairs were done. Ashley answered all ... the questions I had before giving me the key. I did not even had to drive back the rental to the rental agency since they will be taking care of it themselves. Great experience having some body repairs done. Very reasonable pricing, communicated throughout the process, and made sure that good quality products were used. They even sent a part back that wasn't going to be as good of quality fot the repair. Pleasantly to surprised to find at pickup that they had done a full interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicle, going above and beyond! Thank you@

I am extremely pleased with my car repairs. This company worked on my car after another collision company accepted my repairs but then decided not to work on my car but never let me know. They also used 1/4 tank of my gas and then swore they didn't but there was gas missing and I didn't have the car because they had it. So then I was referred to Gerber Collision and glass and my whole world changed for the better. John D., the estimator, not only had the utmost professional attitude and was very knowledgeable and right away I felt safe and not worried at all about leaving my car there. They also repaired driver's window which was a separate repair from the State Insurance claim repair. I had the car back within about 1 1/2 days. When I saw my car I was ecstatic from not only the perfect job they did but also because they washed my car. ... This type of service is extraordinarily hard to come by. The level of customer service skills I received was a breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else. I will happily refer others to them and I will not go anywhere else unless they can't repair it, which I seriously doubt would ever be the story. read more
