I went to Gerber Collision for an auto body repair. I talked first to Matt, the Manager. He was very nice and fully explained the process of having my car repaired at Gerber. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, Amanda did all the paperwork and contacted them right away. She was also very pleasant and helpful. They updated me during the week, letting me know the status of the repair. They knew I was anxious to get my car back, and they did their best to accommodate me. I had it back in 5 days. The repair work was excellent. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Gerber Collision.

Very easy to work with. Our car was in the shop for about 3 weeks, because of difficulty obtaining parts. Erik regularly kept us informed of status. Repair of the front bumper and associated components looks great. Only surprise was that the cost of the repair increased from the original estimate. Luckily, insurance covered it.
