Had to have the top of my 2018 Ford Explorer repainted and new Clear Coat applied. This was not due to any accident, so insurance was not involved. Contacted the facility here in Winter Garden. From the very beginning it was and continued to be a great experience. JoAnn at the front desk is an absolute gem. Handled everything to get set up with Tim, who was also a pleasure to work with, to look my issue over and provide me with a written estimate. Booked the work to be done, which was done in a very efficient timeline and the end result was exceptional. Tim kept in touch all along the process to apprise me of where things were and when I could expect completion. I'm a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to refer others to this shop for auto body repair work.
