I was privileged to have Tim and his team work on my car. Tim was very informative and provided constant updates throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated via phone calls about what they were working on next, as well as the estimated completion date and pickup time. I could tell they worked very diligently because my car was actually finished a day earlier than originally scheduled. When I arrived to pick it up, we did a full walkthrough, and my car looked amazing. They cleaned the interior, washed the exterior, and even shined my tires. Honestly, the car looked just like the day I bought it. I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after my 2023 Toyota RAV4 needed repairs. Naila (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!) at the front desk was an awesome receptionist. She helped me on several occasions, especially when I scheduled an estimate appointment but didn't receive a confirmation text. She quickly got me in with the next available appointment, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she kept me updated and was incredibly welcoming-she even remembered me by name when I came to pick up my car. Francisco was the technician who repaired my vehicle, and he also did a fantastic job explaining the repair process so I knew exactly what to expect. The turnaround time was impressive. I dropped my car off Monday morning, and it was ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. When I picked it up, my car ... looked just as great as it did before the accident. My college kid had a fender bender. David was so kind to work through options with me. He helped smooth it out the best he could and recommended waiting til she's done w college (and not in that driving environment, parking garage, etc) to fix it. He could've told me it needed fixing just for the money but was honest and a great guy! Even showed me where to find the paint color on the door if I wanted to purchase touch up paint on my own. I will definitely return there!!! Also, their online program to submit pictures for an online quote was so easy to use and a quick response, too!

I returned to Gerber Collision recently to have an update on work that they had previously done before. A portion of the paint had started to peel. I met with Alonzo who immediately knew that the issue had to be taken care of but needed to get approval from his supervisor, Luciano. Once approval had been made, I was told to drop the car off the following Monday and it would take approximately 3 days. I received a call the following Thursday to let me know that my car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived, I spoke with Alonzo and he introduced me to his supervisor, Luciano apologized for the initial problem. I accepted the apology. We went out to review what had been done. I was very pleased with the work. More importantly, I was pleased with how everything was handled. My thanks to Gerber Collision for having a courteous and ... pleasant staff who are professional in every way. In spite of the problem, I have always found them to be easy to work with.
