Dropped it off on a Monday with no idea how long it would take. Requested to have it back by the following Thursday (9 business days) so we could take it on our road trip Friday morning. Jeremiah kept me updated the entire time and they stayed 30 minutes late that Thursday to ensure we had our vehicle back for our departure Friday morning. Seamless, easy, and great communication. From the first contact in scheduling the drop off to picking up my car after the repair they provided top notch service. Calls from them to keep me up to date on the repairs, handling the arrangements for a rental car and best of all the damage was repaired to like new condition. Excellent service!!!
