They have a professional and friendly attitude. They explain what needs to be done and the steps they will go through to effect the repair. Gerber on Snouffer School Road is one of the few places I have found that under-promises and over-performs. This was may second experience with them, and I recommend them unconditionally.

I was awed by the professionalism of the entire experience. The estimator Bill G. was absolutely pleasant to deal with. The appointment was made and my car was ready actually before the promise date! I have been in the automotive field for over 45 years and am so glad that there are still people in the industry that really care about the customer. This was definitely a positive experience.
