My car caused an accident. Front left side was quite injured! Took it to Gerber. They explained everything that they would be doing in a calm sincere way, since I was quite upset.. They told me exactly how long it would take to fix the car, and a couple of days later called with what had to be done.. They kept me informed on how it was going and gave me a lead time of when it would be done. They had a rental car right there for me. When I picked up the car it looks so great, and everything they did was explained to me, as well as in the paper work for me to take home. I have some scrapes on my car and I would like Gerber to do that work in the future.. Really trust them to do excellent work..

My estimator, Jeff T. was very friendly, professional, and did a good job of showing me what needed to be done, how claims work, the expected wait time, etc. He was excellent at phone communications about my vehicle, and work done by the mechanics/ techs seems to be very good and thorough.
