My truck was hit by Lawrence Norton on 1/2/16 and his insurance is Allstate. Took my truck to be fixed by Gerber Collision & Glass on 1/12/16 and it was assessed to take approximately 10 days to fix and it ACTUALLY was ready by 1/21/16 @ 5:15 p.m but since I live in Hinesville, I picked up truck on 1/22/16 and I had no complaints on the work done. Staff and Estimator, Melyssa F. was very courteous and called each day to let me know what was going on with my truck. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to others for repairs.

My wife recently passed away and I had my wheel chair accessible Van repaired at the Owasso, OK location. The service rep was Tommie D. He was very professional and courteous. On top of that, he mentioned my situation to his boss who contacted your corporate office and you repaired my van for no charge. I was overwhelmed by this gesture and I will now be a customer for life. The compassion that Tommie showed was amazing and the shop donated their time as well. I can't express my gratitude enough. Especially to Tommie D. Thank you.

I was very pleased with Gerber. They were able to take my car sooner than the original appointment date. They completed the work in 24 hours, despite they anticipated 10 business days. And, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wow.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Jessica is a customer service queen and the men behind the curtain are just as awesome with the amazing repairs on my Mazda. The entire team over there went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as they could. They have made a customer for life over here and I will recommend anyone I know to go to not only Gerber but the Round Lake location especially, Im sure they are all great but Jessica and Tim really made me feel like a valued customer. I recently had a car accident in which I was hit from behind and my bumper needed to be replaced. The quality of service over exceeded my expectation. I dropped of the car on a Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up by 2PM the next day. Didn't even take them 24 hours to finish the job. I even received phone calls updating me on the repairs. I was a little worried at first regarding the quality of work due to the turn around time, but to my surprise top quality work. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks for all your hard work.

I had some apprehension in using Geico's Xpress Repair service after my auto accident; in meeting Jason and the rest of the staff all of my anxiety was put to rest. Everyone explained what would happen as my car was getting repaired as well as the specific repairs. The updates came in every other day and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I was beyond pleased with my car upon picking it up and the service was exceptional. I'll recommend them to anyone needing glass or collision repair!

I was texted and telephoned regularly from the day I brought my car in for repair until I picked it up when it was completed. Chris, the appraiser, followed the work from day to day and reported back to me, keeping me informed on the progress and the completion expected date. It was reassuring to know that the work was progressing and gave me a sense of comfort, knowing my car was being given the professional attention I hoped for.
