I recently took my car to Buffalo Grove location for an appraisal of my car's recent damage. I talked to Julian, the estimator, and was simply beyond impressed with the professionalism and skills of this gentleman. Julian quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it thoroughly. The repair was completed efficiently to my complete satisfaction. What really stood out was their honesty of Julian -no unnecessary upselling, just quality work done right the first time. It's rare to find a trustworthy and dependable repair shop, but I can say from my experience Gerber at Buffalo Grove is one of them. I Highly recommend this place!

Our Terrain was involved in an accident which left a damaged right front fender//head light. We took the car into the shop on Wednesday, April 2nd and they thought it would probably take until the 18th of April and had a rental for us to use while outs was being repaired. This was a hugs help for us so was able to use the rental car for the duration of the repair work. We were very pleased to find that we had a message on the answering machine on Thursday, April 10th in the morning to say our vehicle was finished and ready for us to pick up. They went over all that the details as to the repairs and that w shouldn't was/wax the car ourselves our driving through a car wash. We with to thank them for getting our vehicle repaired so quickly . Everyone we talked with was very polite, understanding and helpful. First time to need this service ... and would recommend them to anyone who might need repair service. read more

We had minor front bumper damage, and scheduled an appt with Gerber to have it looked at. The person doing the initial assessment had the manager come out to look at it as well. He went back in, got the necessary materials, came right back out and fixed it himself in about 10-15 minutes!! What absolutely amazing service!! We have heard good things about their shop, and would highly recommend them!

Jay and Soren did an incredible job! Not only did Soren communicate exceedingly well, but he helped ease what I thought was going to be a very stressful situation. Repairing cars is never fun, but Soren made me feel confident in your company and I knew my car was in good hands when I drove away from your lot. Jay also did an impeccable job. My car was returned to be looking better than when I left it. The inside I could tell was wiped down, and vacuumed (I did not ask for this) I was blown away by the extra work they did to my car. Going above and beyond is hardly seen nowadays, but Jay did it and I was WOW'D. I will only now go to Gerber collision. My bumper looks incredible and I appreciate their attention to detail.

I cannot say enough good things about this Gerber Collision location and Joshua Brown. He was extremely professional, communicated often, always returned my calls promptly, and without his assistance I could not have gotten my claim handled from 5 hours away. I am a small business owner of 3 companies, and I wish I had employees like Joshua on my team. Gerber, you need to hang on to this employee...he is worth his weight in gold!
