This was my first time to ever be involved in an accident requiring repair. I am a senior and even though I was not at fault, I was really nervous about the process. Lindsey was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout with excellent communication. The reception area was very nice as was the front assistant and the coffee. Whenever I would call the phone was answered promptly by the assistant. The repair work area was very professional and clean. When I finished signing the work order they had my pickup car from Enterprise waiting for me when I walked out the door. The repair turned out perfectly as was the paint match. Black until the sun shines on it and it turns metallic green. Overall a 10 star experience. Highly recommend.

As difficult as it was to find someone to do the line-up for the electronic bits at the end, John continued to contact people to accomplish the task. I was kept informed of the progress on a daily basis and the van was washed and blown out before returning it to me.
