From the moment I walked in the door until my automobile was ready to be picked up, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The entire staff are very friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I was out of town while my vehicle was being repaired and was not returning until Saturday. Not only did they send me text messages all week with updates regarding the vehicle, but they also delivered my vehicle to my home. I am overjoyed with the way my vehicle looks and will recommend Gerber to anyone that needs to have their vehicle repaired.

Kim (at the front desk) and Theresa (adjuster) were fantastic. They took excellent care of me and my vehicle and made sure to keep me informed of the status. Even though USAA sent me automated messages that kept me informed, Kim went the extra mile and called me to make sure my expectations for completion were in line with the actual shop's timeline, since USAA might not have had all of the same knowledge of my car's status that she had which also gave me the opportunity to ask questions from an actual human! When I thought my mother had dropped her driver's licence in the car, Theresa took the time to look for it, which I really appreciated. Theresa informed me that they had to order three different bumpers because the first two aftermarket replacements arrived at the shop damaged. The third was OEM and flawless. Getting into a car accident was not part of my plan. I am very busy with work and with life in general and I was not looking forward to the extra headache with dealing with insurance companies. My truck was towed to Gerber Collison which was nearby where my accident happened and I am so lucky that is who I had as my collision repair service. They are polite and easy going to work with. I felt like they understood what I was going through and tried to make things easier for me. Communication was on going and constant, I always knew what was happening and understood the timeline. The lady was so nice/kind and she comforted me as my brand new car had been hit 8 days after purchasing. My car was fixed so extremely fast in less than a week!
