The entire process was smooth and quick. Would definitely come back here if ever the need arises. The work was superb and was completed quicker than expected. Very professional with outstanding customer service! State Farm claims explained to me I had chosen to take my vehicle to a certified business with extremely high standards. Gerber came highly recommended to me by my insurance carrier as well! I received a call the day before I returned, saying my vehicle was ready for pickup; several days early!!! When I returned I found my Honda, spotless inside & out! The snafu was like it never happened! I will refer my family & friends to Gerber!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!
