When we got the approval from the insurance company that we could get our car fixed the staff was really quick and friendly to get it done correctly the first time. The staff kept us up to date with all of the repairs that was going on as well and they were able to get our car back 5 days earlier than we where told. I don't know about you but I call that prime service!

I have never in my life experienced the quality and depth of this customer service. They should be teaching other companies how to do customer service. When I picked up my car, I felt like I was leaving a friend - Tawnya. She has been wonderful and I am so grateful to her for making such a rough experience into a pleasant, peaceful - most informative one. I will be forever grateful and will recommend Gerber to anyone who has a collision.

Gerber Collision did an Outstanding job (5 Stars) with handling the repairs to my car. The customer service was top notch - Tawnya L. was extremely helpful, responsive and even took the time to go over each repair performed on the car. The text messages that provided updates also was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends/family.

I was pleased with the service that was provided. The company was able to clearly communicate and keep me informed on current updates regarding to the status of my vehicle. All of the employees that I delt with were competent and ere able to provide an abundant amount of information. If there is a time that I need to have work done on another vehicle, I will be returning to "Gerber" again.

My vehicle was damaged in an ice storm. The damages seemed irreparable. That was before Gerber Collision in Concord NC got a hold of it. They did a great job on all the repairs. They even saved us money on the rental because the estimated time to get the repairs completed was cut in half. The customer service representative called me twice a week and provided an update on the repairs; she also worked with the rental car company to pick me up when I dropped the car off. Great person and the best I have worked with. Thank you for getting my car back on the road...

Gerber Collision & Glass in Concord NC is a place that makes you feel good the moment you walk into the building. The customer service representative maintains communications with you and the work is flawless. They take the time to make sure everything is in order when they return your car and the clean it as well. I have referred several individuals to this establishment and I continue to refer more.
