The best group of people I have dealt with in this line of business. Very honest, sincere, friendly, caring, and treating us above and beyond our expectations. Have dealt with Hendricks people before, they gave us a very bad experience. Venessa and her crews have been very nice, polite, understanding, patient in educating and taking care of us all the way until everything is done right. We will definitely help spread the words... This is the second time i had work done at this location and the people thier have been the GREATEST --- Tawnya both times and Vanessa for the first time . They make your Company work as far as we are concerned the body work is the best on both occasion. When we got the approval from the insurance company that we could get our car fixed the staff was really quick and friendly to get it done correctly the first time. The staff kept us up to date with all of the repairs that was going on as well and they were able to get our car back 5 days earlier than we where told. I don't know about you but I call that prime service!
