I'm very satisfied with Gerber. Customer service was excellent. My truck was ready exactly when they said it would be. I was kept informed and Gerber was very communicative. My truck was very clean and looked professionally washed when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Gerber to my family and friends. Gerber did excellent work from beginning to end repairing my truck.

I wholeheartedly recommend this business. First, very few companies operate on such a friendly and personal service like this crew does. I got almost daily updates on repairs to my Honda Accord. Robert even called to let me know that I should address an issue with my tire for safety purposes. I asked if they could do a paint job on some unrelated car scratches out of pocket, and they agreed, and worked with me on the pricing. They reach out via text and phone and my car is ending up ready a full week ahead of time - I am just blown away by their professionalism and kindness. I give them my full ten stars out of five - this place is the best body shop I've ever been to!

The Gastonia office sent regular updates via text, app and email on how the repair was progressing, and they did a very good follow-up on questions I had regarding workflow, pickup and insurance reimbursement.
