I simply stopped in at the shop and, in no time, was back on my way...minor repair all fixed! We recently had to have our vehicle front end painted. The work was under warranty and without any issue the personnel at the Raeford Rd Fayetteville, Nc Location made the process easy. Starting with the Customer Service Representative Clelia Pirro she knows the job and she makes sure the customer is going to work away happy. In todays time this type of customer service is rare and we truly appreciated her genuine and wonderful demeanor. Joshua also who handled the intake and the repair of the vehicle put the icing on the cake as one would say. Assuring the work was completed in a timely manner as well as taking care of a couple of small issues on the vehicle that needed attention. My daughter's car was in an accident. 1st all the lights were on inside the car because the hood of the car could not shut/no AC as well. We were referred to Gerber Collision in ask for Robert. We called and they told us to bring the car the next day. When we got there the customer service was excellent. Robert(manager) was so nice that he made sure the hood was shut. 2nd we took the car back so they can fix the AC, Radiator and the headlights, y"all it only took one day, again excellent service. My daughter and I appreciate Gerber Collision and we will recommend you guys to our family/friends.
