I recently had body work done at the Gerber Collision location in East Flat Rock, and while they didn't quite get everything right on the first try, I can genuinely say that little things matter-and how a business handles hiccups matters even more. ?Although the initial experience (starting out at their Mills River location) left me feeling like it was a 1-star situation at best, the team in East Flat Rock completely turned things around. In the end, they were willing to work through my concerns, listen to my feedback on the repairs, and make sure I was happy with the final outcome. ?A huge shoutout to the receptionist, who was always patient, kind, and professional call after call, and to Colby, who went well out of his way to help me.
