I drove over to this business on 4/23/2026 to get an estimate on the white paint that someone lightly grazed on my year old car in the front bumper and above it. My daughter's family has used this company unfortunately, three times before. I had the nicest guy come out with his pad and pen and checked out my car. He said to hold on and that he would be right back. Shortly, he came out with a cloth and a magic potion that he used to remove all of the white paint. I asked him how much was the bill and he said nothing, it was on us. Luckily it never went deeper than the paint on my car. This rarely happens in today's world so I am very grateful for how they treated me.

These guys were really wonderful today. I asked them to look at a piece of wheel housing and light fairing trim that had come loose in a parking lot incident. The dealer wanted to replace thousands of dollars worth of parts. But the Gerber guy fixed it with his grip and fist-hammering in less that 10 minutes and charged nothing. You don't get that every day!

The car came out beautiful and can't believe you were able to get it done ahead of schedule. The staff that we interacted with was all very knowledgeable and friendly especially Judy at the front desk. She made it feel like a very friendly and family like environment. I'm actually going to miss not talking and seeing her now that the car is completed, she always put a smile on my face!
