I had an amazing experience getting my car's bodywork done here! The customer service was excellent - Ryan kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I'm really grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. If I ever need anything done to my cars in the future, even outside of insurance, I would gladly come back!

I'm incredibly impressed with the work Louie and Tony did on my BMW 3-series sedan's rear bumper. There was a noticeable dent, and they managed to remove it without a trace. The paint match is perfect, and the bumper looks brand new. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. If you need dent removal, especially for a luxury car, these are your guys!

If only I could give 10 Stars! We were on a cross country trip when the weather was over 100, I have a broken foot and am in a cast and 86 year old grandma was with us (took her to see kids) so my wife was driving the entire trip CA to CO - and then it happened, something came loose on the bottom of the minivan and was dragging. The other places we checked refused to see us without a prior appointment, but this Gerber location was happy to help - we pulled in, a wonderful tech removed the cover that had come loose and we never even had to get out of the car. I braced for the bill since we were at their mercy and out of towners - but instead he said, "No charge - happy to help you get back on the road!" Being in a no fault accident is not fun and every part of the process has been the biggest headache, except for Gerber. They were so helpful and informative and supportive throughout their part of the process, even supporting me in acquiring the rental car. I didn't interact with collision techs, but the staff in the office from the admin at the front desk to the estimator were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.

feedback is for website. i went to the trouble of typing the whole silly vin because your form wouldn't let me upload a pic i already had, and then you only gave me damage selection options for what a toddler could reach. No windshield option! no roof either, fyi.

Louise (I hope this is the right spelling for his name) absolutely saved my life recently. Got into a minor collision with debris on the freeway and my bumper was dragging. Louise was able to work his magic on it and didn't even charge me for it! Such a lifesaver and he honestly saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be coming here for my future car needs. Where do I start with Gerber Collision? Like most reviews here, I got into a fender bender, and my insurance sent me to them. At first, I wanted the dealership to fix it for me, but they were short staff over at the dealership, plus they were going to keep my car longer. Gerber Collision delivered what they promised, and I got my car at the agreed time frame. Everything was transparent, and I had the best communication from them, and I even got text messages to give me updates on the status of my car. My car looks brand new again, and did I mentioned they even vacuum and washed my car. I could not even ask for more. They are superior in their line of work and making their customers happy.
