'I AM A REAL CUSTOMER AND DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY, My jaw dropped when I got my car back! The collision repair was beyond professional and the extra care they took cleaning up the car for pickup made my head spin! This shop was the best experience in car work I've ever received. AND IT WAS READY ON TIME AS PROMISED! Do yourself a favor and use their service. Takes the pain out of car repair.

We took our 2004 Toyota Tundra Truck to Gerber Collision and Glass after colliding with an adult male deer on a rural road causing severe damage to the front right, and the front right side of the vehicle. They handled the insurance process smoothly and gave us a transparent, itemized estimate. We had a great experience from start to finish. The Team General Manger: Ron M explained every detail of what was needed to take place to repair our truck and our interaction with him from the beginning was truly a blessing Office Manager/Front - Desk Receptionist: Ms. Tony - Tony Greeted us with a sincere heartfelt greeting during our check - in and the initial paperwork. she was very professional, warm, caring with an incredible personality. Estimator: Fernando L examine our vehicles and did an itemized estimate, assess the extent of structural, ... body, mechanical damage and interact with the insurance company. Thank you Mr. L for making it happen. The team was amazing. We thank God for everything you did to keep us updated throughout the repair process and they finished the job before the schedule time. When we picked up our vehicle the paint match was so flawless, and they even cleaned and vacuumed the interior & washed the truck exterior. Gerber Collision and Glass shop did such an excellent job on the repair and the paint job. They were an inspiration to us for a future full body paint job. We Highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass shop to anyone needing collision work! Satisfied customers read more

From the beginning of our auto repair to the conclusion, Gerber Collision & Glass was amazing. Upon dropping our vehicle off, we had a personalized consultation. Their communication practices were stellar. We were kept informed almost daily which was very much appreciated. Our vehicle repairs were concluded one day prior to the estimate. The repairs were done beautifully. A BIG thank you to GERBER COLLISION!

I got in to a car accident and my right front side wheel got damaged and the door couldn't open up all the way. Thanks to gerbercollision that is now fixed. My wheel and right side passenger door work perfectly.

The staff and service team are excellent! I had an immediate problem. The window on the driver's side would not roll back up. I showed up and they did an immediate reasonable estimate and finished it the same day. They even washed and vacuumed the van, which was really dirty from sitting in the airport parking lot all weekend.

I had such a great experience here. Raven and Travis helped me after a collision and they're exactly the kind of people you want and need in stressful situations like mine. They kept me updated every step of the way and were very thorough with the information. I felt confident leaving my situation in their hands and I hope they get the appreciation they deserve in their day to day. Travis is an expert at what he does. Raven went above and beyond and even tried to find something I told her I possibly lost in the vehicle... Very positive, friendly people. I will be recommending this location to friends and family!

Words cannot describe how happy I am of the work that Gerber Collision did. The whole team was amazing and understanding. They were quick but got the job done right. My car had damage from vandalism on the driver's side door and trunk, which you can't even tell it happened, thanks to Gerber. Thank you all!
