I got in to a car accident and my right front side wheel got damaged and the door couldn't open up all the way. Thanks to gerbercollision that is now fixed. My wheel and right side passenger door work perfectly.

The staff and service team are excellent! I had an immediate problem. The window on the driver's side would not roll back up. I showed up and they did an immediate reasonable estimate and finished it the same day. They even washed and vacuumed the van, which was really dirty from sitting in the airport parking lot all weekend.

I had such a great experience here. Raven and Travis helped me after a collision and they're exactly the kind of people you want and need in stressful situations like mine. They kept me updated every step of the way and were very thorough with the information. I felt confident leaving my situation in their hands and I hope they get the appreciation they deserve in their day to day. Travis is an expert at what he does. Raven went above and beyond and even tried to find something I told her I possibly lost in the vehicle... Very positive, friendly people. I will be recommending this location to friends and family!

Words cannot describe how happy I am of the work that Gerber Collision did. The whole team was amazing and understanding. They were quick but got the job done right. My car had damage from vandalism on the driver's side door and trunk, which you can't even tell it happened, thanks to Gerber. Thank you all!

I received rxcellent customer service from the minute i walked in the door! Obed, Jeff, and Ivan were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was updated on my car every other day and they made my precious car look brand new again, and in a very timely manner. I hope I dont have to return to Gerber again any time soon but if I have a need to i will definitely not go anywhere else. I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know

Philip the manager and his staff Diana as well as the technician Jose were amazing! Someone had tried to steal my car so the culprit broke the lock cylinder and jammed something in the ignition. They ordered parts from the dealership, replaced my battery and delivered my vehicle two days before the expected date! And they always answered my call. I paid 100 dollars deductible as per my insurance and insurance (State Farm) took care of the rest! This was my first experience and they made the whole process so easy!

They were aaaamazing!!! It was 2025 Christmas time and they did the whole car for free and I was able to keep my insurance check. They fastened the car panels back on and buffed out all of the tire blow out abrasions, some big and dark and deep scratches!! Entire service was done in about an hour for no charge!!! I will use Gerber from now on!!! Thank you Palm Desert Store! They were soooo nice and the car looked brand new!!! It was exactly the experience this weary traveler needed! Thank you so much!!!
