I am extremely satisfied with the repair work at Gerber Collision and Glass Company. I called on Friday. Made an appointment for Monday and repair work started Tuesday. Mr. S. prepared my estimate; his attention to detail is professional & thorough. The repair; passenger side bumper, dent work, & scratches. The restoration went Above & Beyond my expectations. It looks like NEW!! Also, inside was cleaned & car washed. I know every place does not go to this extent; because years ago projectile hit my driver door and repair was done. Dent was out, no frills (no vacuum & wash) was polite customer service; yet estimate took longer as did repair(with less damage). Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Evie over at Gerber Collision! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely incredible. She was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and she would respond right away. Evie went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had all the information we needed. If anything was off or needed attention, she made sure we were in the loop, which I really appreciate, it's such a relief to know exactly what's going on. Evie's customer service was 10/10. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The paint technician also did a great job and helped me without charging me, which I truly appreciate. Got hit by uninsured motorist, thought it would be a nightmare. Our insurance recommended Gerber and although reluctant to take where insurance suggested, we read good online reviews so took it there and are glad we did. Insurance contacted Gerber who contacted us same day. Took it in for estimate, Krystal told us two weeks. Took it in 3/18 picked up 4/1. Everyone very professional and they kept in touch by email and phone with status. Dealt with Brie, Krystal, and Kurt . They did a great job!
