General Manager Robert S. examined my car door's scratches, that I had been told could not be polished out and needed re-painting. He and the painter examined the door and polished it out in less than a half hour at NO CHARGE. He needs to be commended for his honesty and saving Mercury Insurance the money for re-painting my door. Great service and expertise! Great honesty and integrity!

Not only did you adequately repair my Volkswagen Taos' collision damage, you responded quickly to resolve a "spin-off" problem. When I discovered that my car's "cruise-control" had somehow been rendered non-functional during the body work, you responded quickly to find and fix the problem.
