feedback is for website. i went to the trouble of typing the whole silly vin because your form wouldn't let me upload a pic i already had, and then you only gave me damage selection options for what a toddler could reach. No windshield option! no roof either, fyi.

Louise (I hope this is the right spelling for his name) absolutely saved my life recently. Got into a minor collision with debris on the freeway and my bumper was dragging. Louise was able to work his magic on it and didn't even charge me for it! Such a lifesaver and he honestly saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be coming here for my future car needs. Louise is a very kind individual, as are the rest of the staff at this location. Thank you!

Where do I start with Gerber Collision? Like most reviews here, I got into a fender bender, and my insurance sent me to them. At first, I wanted the dealership to fix it for me, but they were short staff over at the dealership, plus they were going to keep my car longer. Gerber Collision delivered what they promised, and I got my car at the agreed time frame. Everything was transparent, and I had the best communication from them, and I even got text messages to give me updates on the status of my car. My car looks brand new again, and did I mentioned they even vacuum and washed my car. I could not even ask for more. They are superior in their line of work and making their customers happy. When I was away on vacation, my car was sideswiped when I was not present. My insurance sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass on Crossroads in Redding when I got home. I had never heard of them. But omgosh, the team at Gerber were amazing! My car came out of there in better shape then when it went in there! In the midst of the repair, they refreshed the pinstriping on whole car. Just before they gave it back to me, they also detailed it. My foggy headlights sparkle now which I have NEVER seen. The staff were amazing. They communicated and kept me notified as to what was happening to my car. They gave me a ride home and picked me up. From the first phone call they were sincere and very helpful ! Upon arrival I met Fernando who was absolutely great ! They were quick to get my car looked at and in the same day ! Only took a few days and my car was ready ! My car looks great as if it was brand new and as if it wasn't involved in an accident! They even cleaned my car ! I have been recommending them already ! My front passenger door wouldn't open from the outside and Gerber fixed it for a very reasonable price in a very timely manner. Beatriz The Manager was very professional. I thought good customer service and courtesy is dead in todays business community. But in Gerber Collision and Glass, did i not only receive great customer service but a courtesy service as well. After receving a direct side impact in my real wheel from an accident, I brought my SUV to GC&G for inspection. No mechanical damage was found but the rear wheels are misaligned. They corrected the misalignment and to my surprize.. "free of charge" whattt.. I experienced trying to charged for job that are not done but job done for free!! Even my insurance adjustor was amazed... If you want great service, give them a try... Thanks GC&G... I wish you great success....
