From the first phone call they were sincere and very helpful ! Upon arrival I met Fernando who was absolutely great ! They were quick to get my car looked at and in the same day ! Only took a few days and my car was ready ! My car looks great as if it was brand new and as if it wasn't involved in an accident! They even cleaned my car ! I have been recommending them already ! Thank you all for being amazing !

Big Shout out for the great service and care I received from your Simi Valley CA location. My front passenger door wouldn't open from the outside and Gerber fixed it for a very reasonable price in a very timely manner. Beatriz The Manager was very professional. I highly recommend this place and appreciate their service and honestly!

I thought good customer service and courtesy is dead in todays business community. But in Gerber Collision and Glass, did i not only receive great customer service but a courtesy service as well. After receving a direct side impact in my real wheel from an accident, I brought my SUV to GC&G for inspection. No mechanical damage was found but the rear wheels are misaligned. They corrected the misalignment and to my surprize.. "free of charge" whattt.. I experienced trying to charged for job that are not done but job done for free!! Even my insurance adjustor was amazed... If you want great service, give them a try... Thanks GC&G... I wish you great success....

Erica, Kim and Jose exceeded every expectation when I dropped my car off to be fixed. Not only is their customer service at the top level, but they also go above and beyond to walk you through the process and keep you updated on the process of your car being fixed. I have been working on my master's degree, so I have let small chores go to the wayside, including cleaning my car. I was so pleasantly surprised to get my car back detailed, washed, and vacuumed out. I was not expecting that at all, so I was so grateful they took the time to make sure my car was not only perfect on the outside but also perfect on the inside. Thank you so much for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed, and it is very much appreciated. from one happy customer!!

The entire process was smooth and quick. Would definitely come back here if ever the need arises. The work was superb and was completed quicker than expected. Very thankful to Fernando, the reception and the rest of the team. Always was greeted and checked on when I arrived as well as water and coffee was a nice treat. Again very thankful and no further recommendations on improvement just to continue being great.

I visited Gerber Collision & Glass in Lincoln, CA last Monday to get an estimate for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner, which had a dent and chipped paint on the right quarter post. Abbie promptly took photos of my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate and information within 15 minutes. I returned the next day to move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Abbie kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with both the quality of the service and the repair work itself. I had the opportunity to watch Eric, the technician, skillfully repair the dent. He even checked in with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results-he was very helpful and professional.
