The front end of our truck was damaged by a hit and run driver. AAA referred us to your location for the needed repairs. Our Estimator Rafael and Gabbie at the front desk were both very professional, informative and kind through the whole repair process. Communication with us during the repairs required little follow-up on our part. The job was completed ahead of the schedule and within the cost originally provided. The final work was beautifully done and we are very satisfied with the results. We highly recommend their services.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I'm really grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. If I ever need anything done to my cars in the future, even outside of insurance, I would gladly come back!

I'm incredibly impressed with the work Louie and Tony did on my BMW 3-series sedan's rear bumper. There was a noticeable dent, and they managed to remove it without a trace. The paint match is perfect, and the bumper looks brand new. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. If you need dent removal, especially for a luxury car, these are your guys!

If only I could give 10 Stars! We were on a cross country trip when the weather was over 100, I have a broken foot and am in a cast and 86 year old grandma was with us (took her to see kids) so my wife was driving the entire trip CA to CO - and then it happened, something came loose on the bottom of the minivan and was dragging. The other places we checked refused to see us without a prior appointment, but this Gerber location was happy to help - we pulled in, a wonderful tech removed the cover that had come loose and we never even had to get out of the car. I braced for the bill since we were at their mercy and out of towners - but instead he said, "No charge - happy to help you get back on the road!" Being in a no fault accident is not fun and every part of the process has been the biggest headache, except for Gerber. They were so helpful and informative and supportive throughout their part of the process, even supporting me in acquiring the rental car. I didn't interact with collision techs, but the staff in the office from the admin at the front desk to the estimator were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.
