I received rxcellent customer service from the minute i walked in the door! Obed, Jeff, and Ivan were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was updated on my car every other day and they made my precious car look brand new again, and in a very timely manner. I hope I dont have to return to Gerber again any time soon but if I have a need to i will definitely not go anywhere else. I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know

Philip the manager and his staff Diana as well as the technician Jose were amazing! Someone had tried to steal my car so the culprit broke the lock cylinder and jammed something in the ignition. They ordered parts from the dealership, replaced my battery and delivered my vehicle two days before the expected date! And they always answered my call. I paid 100 dollars deductible as per my insurance and insurance (State Farm) took care of the rest! This was my first experience and they made the whole process so easy!

They were aaaamazing!!! It was 2025 Christmas time and they did the whole car for free and I was able to keep my insurance check. They fastened the car panels back on and buffed out all of the tire blow out abrasions, some big and dark and deep scratches!! Entire service was done in about an hour for no charge!!! I will use Gerber from now on!!! Thank you Palm Desert Store! They were soooo nice and the car looked brand new!!! It was exactly the experience this weary traveler needed! Thank you so much!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the repair work at Gerber Collision and Glass Company. I called on Friday. Made an appointment for Monday and repair work started Tuesday. Mr. S. prepared my estimate; his attention to detail is professional & thorough. The repair; passenger side bumper, dent work, & scratches. The restoration went Above & Beyond my expectations. It looks like NEW!! Also, inside was cleaned & car washed. I know every place does not go to this extent; because years ago projectile hit my driver door and repair was done. Dent was out, no frills (no vacuum & wash) was polite customer service; yet estimate took longer as did repair(with less damage).
