I love this business. Great follow up, it gets done when they say, and they don't make you wait around wasting your time. The women are cute, too. I've had work done before, but none has ever surpassed the service level of this business. Way to go! Nothing personal, but I do hope I don't see you for a while. But if I need body work, this is where I'll go.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Evie over at Gerber Collision! From start to finish, her communication was absolutely incredible. She was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car, and anytime I had a question, I could reach out and she would respond right away. Evie went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had all the information we needed. If anything was off or needed attention, she made sure we were in the loop, which I really appreciate, it's such a relief to know exactly what's going on. Evie's customer service was 10/10. Truly amazing experience out of 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience at this body shop. Miss Emily was extremely kind, professional, and helpful when she looked at the damage on my car. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The paint technician also did a great job and helped me without charging me, which I truly appreciate. Their kindness and generosity meant a lot to me. Thank you to Emily and the team for the excellent service.

Got hit by uninsured motorist, thought it would be a nightmare. Our insurance recommended Gerber and although reluctant to take where insurance suggested, we read good online reviews so took it there and are glad we did. Insurance contacted Gerber who contacted us same day. Took it in for estimate, Krystal told us two weeks. Took it in 3/18 picked up 4/1. Everyone very professional and they kept in touch by email and phone with status. Dealt with Brie, Krystal, and Kurt . They did a great job!

Friendly, helpful staff provided amazing customer service. They provided updates every couple of days, and answered all my questions. And the car repairs were top notch, you couldn't tell the car was involved in a fender bender. We are so pleased with everything!
