I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision. Their customer service was excellent - everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The staff made everything super easy to understand and took care of all the details, which made the whole situation stress-free. My car came back looking brand new! I highly recommend Gerber Collision.

When someone ran into my car and left a nasty gash along the right side of my bumper, I was worried I'd be stuck with a wreck. I took it to Gerber Auto Repair and from the moment I pulled in, Michael took care of me like I was more than just another customer. On Monday I dropped the car off, and by Wednesday-not only was my bumper completely restored, but several dents were smoothed out and my spoiler, which had come loose, was glued back on perfectly. I got my car back in such beautiful shape that I swear it feels brand new. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They kept me in the loop, did the job quickly, and the quality is top notch. I can't thank them enough for making what could've been a stressful ordeal into something almost seamless. If you're looking for auto body work-bumper fixes, dents, ... anything-Gerber's is hands down the place to go. You will not find better service or care anywhere else. read more

Our car was rear ended repair was completed timely and professionally. Vivian even called for Enterprise to pick up rental car while vehicle was being repaired. Daniel kept me up to date on how repairs were going and when vehicle would be completed. Definitely will recommend Highland location if I am asked where to have vehicle repairs.
