I was referred to Garber by my insurance Co. and was given an appt. for an estimate within a few days. When I decided to go with Gerber, I was given an appt. within a few weeks. They estimated approx. 2 weeks for the repairs, gave me bi-weekly updates along the way, finished the work on time, and had my vehicle looking better than it has looked in a while. I was also impressed with the detailed invoice that I received upon completion. Job well done!

This is the first time of having to use a collision repair business in quite a while. I was extremely pleased with the estimate process with Brent and the timliness of receiving the quote. When the parts came in for the repair I was notified and chose a day to drop off. When I arrived the front desk receptionist was amazing and communicated the process while my vehicle was in the shop. Scott lined up a shuttle ride home when Uber didn't show up (5 star). While my vehicle was in their possession I received an automated step by step report of where exactly my car was in being done. Got a message my car was done 1 day early and couldn't have been more thankful for the customer service I received. Stellar 5 star service! Thank you Gerber Collision Smyrna. Great teamwork!

I cannot speak highly enough about Kevin - I had multiple issues with my insurance company in regards to repairing my Audi after an accident and Kevin clearly went above and beyond to assist me in dealing with my insurance company to have everything resolved and the repairs completed. As I hope I'm not involved in another accident anytime soon, but if I am, I definitely will return to this location and ask specifically for Kevin - and I do recommend this location and Kevin, if he is available!

Great, timely service. They called Enterprise for me when I dropped off my vehicle, who then picked me up to get my rental, and I was able to leave it with Gerber when I went to pick up my vehicle. Also, they are on top off keeping the customers up to date about the repair process. It is helpful to know what's going on, every few days. Great service. Would recommend.
