This has been the most friendliest and helpful auto body shop I shave ever encountered. They worked with me to get my car in the shop as soon as possible. They wrrr very understanding. The customer service is what you wish you would see in every business. The front staff were always nice. Then there was a gentleman there named Dom who was super nice, helped me load my bags into the rental. He was patient with all my questions and had such a positive attitude.

I hit a raccoon. Damage didn't look bad but the car started dripping fluid. Gerber put my car to the front of the list rather than having to wait a couple weeks for it to be worked on. Gerber did a great repair job. They kept in constant contact (via texting and phone calls) with me throughout the entire job. Thanks Sarah and Jackie for keeping me informed. I will definitely recommend Gerber.
