I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Gerber Collision. After my Mercedes got front-end damage, I was worried about how long the repair process would take and was super anxious about it. However, Gerber Collision made it seamless and stress-free. Denny, in particular, went above and beyond to keep me and my family updated throughout the entire process, which took less than two weeks to complete. What stood out even more was when the insurance company tried to deny coverage for the tire damage. However, Gerber Collision and Denny took it upon themselves to advocate for us and successfully prevented us from having to pay out of pocket. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The whole team at Gerber Collision proved to be exceptional. From their efficient repair work to the friendly front ... desk receptionist, they exceeded my expectations. Auto repair shops can often be lacking in customer service, but that was not the case here. Denny and the entire crew were nothing short of awesome. I was informed that Gerber - North Olmsted - Ohio was excellent at collision repair. From the moment I walked in the door your could see the office was very clean and organized. The office staff was very welcoming. I was introduced to Anita the Office Manager who set an appointment with Adam my Estimator. Both Anita and Adam were outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Adam went over the estimate and took the time to explain any questions I had. Anita scheduled me for the repair and offered several dates. The work performed by the body shop staff was amazing. I would recommend gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of repair.
