I would like to said THANKS to Heather because she solved my issues regarding my car being repaired from this location. She willing to gets in touch with me and listens to me why I wasn't satisfied with my repaired. She's allows me to schedule at my convenience to brings my car back to gets it redone. She even called me and lets me know the car is ready to pick up and make sure I am 100% satisfied before I takes my car home. After I saw my car, I was amazed and was very satisfied. She went beyond to makes sure I am completely satisfied. I would definitely coming back here if my car needed anything redone in the future. I would definitely recommended this place because of Heather. Everyone there is very friendly. Thanks you again.

We had a great experience all around at Gerber Collision in Greer. From an easy estimate process, to great communication throughout, to the fantastic body work done to repair our vehicle, everything was easy, stream-lined and professional. The paint and repair work done to the car exceeded our expectations; it truly looks brand new! To top it all off, they even cleaned our car inside and out before we picked it up which was an unexpected but very appreciated service!! Five stars all around to Gerber; should we ever need auto body or glass repairs in the future, we know where we'll return to!

My wife and I had an accident on I 40 near Goffs Rd. Our vehicle was towed to Gerbers in Bullhead City. This location is very busy, but they were able to have my vehicle road worthy the next day so we could get home. It's hard to explain the situation we were in. Just got hit by a car, waited for a tow, hitched a ride with the tow truck driver, checked in the vehicle at Gerbers they gave us hope, tow truck driver takes us to Laughlin to get a room. There are no Ubers or Lyfts. Cabs were more than two hours. Gerbers was able to get my vehicle road worthy the next morning, but we couldn't find a ride to their shop. I called and let them know my situation and a nice gentleman came to get us in his own vehicle! Now I know why they are so busy. Gerbers will take care of you.

The car is 4-5 years old and has a 3 stage paint on it And they did an excellent job on matching the paint You would never know where the damage on the car was Plus it looks like they Detailed the car Inside and out Looked like New...

Extremely satisfied with my recent service by Gerber Collision & Glass! My car was sent in for repair after I had gotten rear ended. My estimator Wendy was extremely prompt and thorough when explaining the process for repairs and kept me in the loop every step of the way until I got my car back. The whole process took less than a week and I was also given a rental for the time my car was in the shop. The job they did to my bumper was amazing! You could not tell I was rear ended. Greatly appreciate their kindness and extraordinary customer service. Would highly recommend the Downers Grove location to anyone, and would advocate for Wendy because she was pretty darn awesome. Thanks a bunch!
