I had my Prius fixed here after a tire delaminated and tore up the whole driver's side. The staff at the Davis Gerber (especially Joseph) were very pleasant to work with, handled all the insurance paperwork (AAA), and even got my car back to me a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Since I bought it used, I don't think that section of the car has ever looked this nice while I've owned it, so I'm extremely happy with the job they did, and definitely recommend them.

I had a hail damage repair done on my new car (it still has the temp tag on it) and I took it to Gerber. It was such an easy and pleasant process. Everyone was friendly, they got my car in (and returned to me) very quickly. They worked with my insurance and took all the hassle out of the process. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My estimator Phillip C. was wonderful. He greeted me every time I came in, and went above and beyond to ensure my car looked like the hail never happened. My car was spotless when I got it back and they even detailed the inside! It looked better than the day I bought it. Thank you Gerber Collision. I will gladly do business with you in the future if I ever have vehicle damage again and I will refer Gerber to all my family and friends. You are the best!!

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Gerber! They kept me informed every step of the way and even completed the work a day earlier than expected. When it was time to pick up my car, my wife, who was going to drive me to the service center, was not feeling well enough to drive. So, Gerber dropped off the car at my home! And the work performed on my car was excellent! From my first contact with Dawn at the reception desk, to Zack, who gave me the estimate, to Tony, the detail man, to Mark, the manager, to all the other employees and mechanics, I had a very positive experience, I would highly recommend this Gerber facility to anyone who needs any body work!
