Since I didn't have the proper lift equipment, I brought my 2017 Mustang aftermarket grill replacement to Gerber based on prior personal experience with them. It was supposed to be a 3 hour job, but it turned into a nightmare with improper fitment, and inaccurate wiring provided with the grill. In the end, we agreed to give up and replace the original part and return the aftermarket grill to the seller. I was only charged for 2 hours of labor, because job wasn't completed as promised. My compliments to Orlando G.and his technicians on their personal preservance, technical excellence and ethical customer treatment.

I have been to this location twice in the past year. They are extremely professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I was so happy with their work that was why I brought my car back a second time. I will refer Gerber collision and Glass in Grandview MO to all my friends and family. Mickey P, estimator was extremely helpful and so was Melody the front desk person. The should be commended for all the work and willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy! They are AWESOME!

Gerber Collision and Auto Glass, their expertise in customer service, and their technician have shown that their knowledge stands out, and they are willing to ensure their customer is entrusted with their vehicle as is one of their own; my recommendation is not enough, their work speaks for their self, ever since conducting repair from Gerber from the rear bumper and front bumper repair, they've acknowledged the situation with the mindset of the costs, the time, which they inform me they will order the part before with credible vendor, which guarantees their work. From the last post submitted, there was a misunderstanding on my behalf. They were acknowledging the situation, which was out of content.

The expected date for getting my car back was the 21st. I got it back on the 16th. My husband and I already had a busy day ahead of us. The day got busier when we received a call from Jonathan, saying our car was ready. The consistent thing that was said for our day, was "blame Gerber for being too awesome. The car actually looks brand new in the places it got fixed. Plans for getting a car wash got canceled as well. The car now looks amazing, highly recommended Gerber for your auto repair needs.
