I was so impressed that they kept me informed with what was happening each week with a call. I've never had repair service that called me about my vehicle every week. Also, the quote was really thorough with all that needed to be done and that there could be more once it was repaired. Usually you drop off your vehicle and wait, wait and wait to hear what needs work and when it will be done. When I came to pick up my Equinox it was vacuumed and cleaned. There were still snot marks on the window from my dog and some stains on the seats from my kids shoes and dog but overall I was happy that I didn't have to clean my car. Gerber Collison was also clear on not washing my car after a few months to not ruin the paint job. Thank you for the quality work and getting my car back as soon as you could.

Our Hyundai Elantra HEV had damage to the right side of the front bumper due to a retread tire being in the lane on the interstate. Gerber Collision repaired the damage on time and as estimated. The bumper looks like the original without the damage. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of the repair and would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs auto body repairs. If needed again this is where we are going.

I would never take my car to any other collision and glass company. Gerber not only does five star work.( I've had my jeep there three times.) they are efficient, friendly, personable, and keeps you up-to-date on what's going on and how the repairs are going. They also will have a rental for you if you need it. And the work is done on time. They work very well with my insurance company. I have absolutely no issues when I pick my car up. They definitely are the best.!
