Without a question, the best experience I have ever had when I needed to get repairs done to my wife's 2019 Lexus ES350 car. Making an appointment to bring the car in for an estimate was quick and easy as was Gerber's prompt contact with my insurance company, resulting in my being able to get a very quick date to bring in the car for the actual repairs. When I dropped off my car at Gerber they immediately drove me over to Enterprise to pick up the rental car, which was waiting for me and which was extremely easy to get into the rental and get back on the road. Every one of the Gerber employees was not only very pleasant but, also, extremely knowledgeable as to what had to be done and when it would be done. Finally, I just picked up my car yesterday and the work done was perfect; absolutely no indication that any work had been done to the ... car. In fact, there were actually 2 other minor repairs that was not noticed when I originally dropped off the car at Gerber and, rather than adding the small charge involved, it was repaired and replaced at no charge. Kudos to Chrissy, Alan and Mike( the Manager who also checked everything out to make sure that I was satisfied. Outstanding experience. My adjuster, Sam, gave me outstanding customer service, always followed up with me, answered my questions, gave me confidence that my repair would be done right and on time, and it was. Sam was professional, great communication skills, friendly and knowledgeable. And the same is true for the person at the front desk. She was able to answer all my questions when I came in, guided me thru the process, and demonstrated those same outstanding customer service, communication, and professionalism skills. Also, the collision specialists who worked on my car did a fabulous job, because my car looks like new. What a great experience. You have a great team here, and I will tell my friends about it.

2nd time having to use this company! They did a great job and made sure to update me every Tuesday and Thursday. The job was completed in the 2 week timeframe. They worked with the insurance company to make sure payment was secure. Before getting approved to have the work done, they did a estimate appointment that was thorough! If you're in the Akron area, I would recommend going with Gerber Collision!
