I had the unfortunate luck of being in two collisions within a month, varying in damage from rear bumper/panel replacement to side mirror replacement. The service I got from estimate to picking up my car has been smooth and flawless each time. They were flexible to accommodate my crazy work schedule, professional and explained everything to a layman such as myself, and I ended up paying LESS than the estimate both times. They care and work with you here. Everyone is amazing, and I wish I could shout out everyone, but Jordan Z made my experience 5star. Recommending this location to everyone, and returning for all my collision and glass repairs

Excellent service, quick teamwork acknowledged, good turnaround time, good communication. Of note, as a fellow ground level worker in a different industry, quick story. I had an appointment for early August set, and was unable to make it due to cancelled air flights back into town; I completely missed the appt and was apologetic trying to get back in ASAP. They stated no problem, and gave me another appointment for an evaluation. Later, when I came in a few minutes early for the eval, they had me wait till appt time to ensure that everything was ready and set for the employees. I LOVE that your business protects your employees time, does not rush them, does not pressure them to "make it work" for the sake of trying to please a customer. This shows great leadership and planning, relying on the systems in place to protect your ... employees from stress, overwork, and degraded performance. Great experience!
