My car was brought into Gerber Glass after a hit-and-run. The staff could not have been better. Fantastic customer service, Fast, efficient, and professional in the way they care for your car. I have an electric car. And I was hit in the back. We all learned that in electric cars when you're hit in the back, it disturbs some sensors in the front. It was only through their diligence and Care, that we discovered this fact and were able to re-calibrate the car. They went the extra step to figure ths out. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gerber glass and particularly want to thank Bill and Fabian for their time and care. Their commitment to getting my car fixed and returned to me as quickly as they could was impressive. It sounds strange to say but I hope I never have to see them again, under these circumstances. My car was hit by another car and I was referred to Gerber Collision &Glass by State Farm claims insurance. Jon B. was very professional while looking up my car damage and whole repair took 1 week. The whole week while they were working on my Lexus I was getting messages with updates regarding on the repair process. When I came to pick up my Lexus I asked Jon to check some other spots on my car that I was concerned about, I wasn't sure if that was a scratch or just a grease? Jon said: give me a second! He came back with some spray and cleaned those spots. Now my car looks perfect! Thank you Gerber Collision for a nice work on my Lexus!
