My insurance company recommended Gerber to me, after my car had suffered a lot of cosmetic damage in a parking lot mishap. The Gerber staff was patient and helpful, and kept me in the loop as my car was repaired. When I picked up my car, it looked great. The mechanic walked through all of the repairs, explained how the bill had been calculated, and patiently answered my questions. It's been a few weeks, and my car still runs great. I hope I never need such repairs again -- but if I do, I'll call Gerber.

The service I got from estimate to picking up my car has been smooth and flawless each time. They were flexible to accommodate my crazy work schedule, professional and explained everything to a layman such as myself, and I ended up paying LESS than the estimate both times.
