Ivy & Janie were the best! Whenever I called I'd get Ivy & she was always friendly & informative. I mainly dealt with Janie when I made in-person visits. She too was friendly and informative, especially when it came to my rental. Brennan kept me in the know with updates on my car & explained everything thoroughly. I strongly recommend gerber for any repairs. I was completely satisfied with the facility, the employees & their work. Nice job guys!

Our truck looks amazing! Work done sooner than expected, great staff. Carolyn is so personable, genuine, knowledgeable and helpful every time! An absolute pleasure to work with. Ben was very knowledgeable, helpful and delightful to be around as well. Both went out of their way to help. It's the little things that matter, a genuine smile, an added small repair but big to me, helping with rental car return. Everything from start to finish has been a five star treatment. We have never been treated this good and we are old seen a lot of shops lol. We recommend Gerber to everyone! You need to clone this shop and employees.

I unfortunately rear-ended a car on the Braker overpass in the rain and damaged the front end of my car. I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass and another company. The other company had a poor to fair rating, but Gerber had 5 stars, but not many. Well I took a chance with them and I'm so glad I did. They were spectacular from the moment the insurance company contacted them. They set my drop-off appointment and when I arrived, they had me in and out within 5 minutes, including having the rental car company there to pick me up to get the rental. They stayed in contact with me through-out the repairs and it took less than 2 weeks to get my car back. It was the easiest transaction regarding a body repair I've ever done and I've been through a few of them. They were more than polite, professional and kind. Honestly I was kind of in ... shock at how good they were in today's world where business seem to think they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Big shout out to Anthony and the entire crew. They even cleaned my car both inside and out before returning it. I can't recommend them enough! If you have any doubts, don't.
