Customer service was awesome! I accidentally arrived a day late and they still let me drop my car off. Communication throughout was very good, and they handled all the insurance stuff (I had been rear-ended). The bumper and tailgate repair looks brand new and the car is much cleaner than when I took it in! These guys are great! They did a beautiful job repairing my car, kept me informed during the process, and finished it faster than anticipated. Subsequently, I had a slight problem and they were so responsive, bringing it in quickly, diagnosing the problem, and taking care of it, plus explaining it all to me when they finished. I would certainly use them again if the need arises.
