I am so impressed with the fast service. I was quoted 3 days to have my hood repaired and windshield replaced. I got my car back the 2nd night! Everyone there is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely recommend Gerber (especially Woodinville) to others.

Wow! We had our 2011 Prius bumper replaced and painted. Gerber did an excellent job. Only took took two days and finished one day early. They stayed in contact with via email and phone me daily through email and phone. Gerber takes their business seriously and care about the end results. They also detailed my car which was a nice surprise! Thanks Gerber I will tell everyone to use your services!

This is the second time I have had to get my auto repaired. As per my previous experience , they were great. They kept me apprised every step of the repair and let me know about other damage they had located and provided pictures for me to see, They were fast, efficient and very professional. Woodinville Gerber is the place to go if you're car has been damaged. This is the second time that I have had an excellent experience. Both times the entire process from appointment set-up, to timely status of car, and end result of a beautiful looking car that I hardly recognize. I was busy and couldn't pick up the car right at closing but was contacted later in day to arrange for rental car drop off and car pick up. The personable attention is wonderful and the car always looks amazing. Since bringing car back yesterday evening I've already had two comments from neighbors - one asked if I got a new car! I had such a positive experience dealing with Gerber Collision in Woodinville, WA. This was the first time I had been in an accident, so I really had no clue what to do or what to expect. I was also very full of questions. Jennifer took the time to explain to me all of the various steps of the repair process, and kept me informed throughout the week that my car was being worked on. (Also, the fact that my car was repaired in such a short amount of time was fantastic, as I was paying out of pocket for a rental car.) Overall, everyone I interacted with was so helpful, professional, and kind, and I am very happy with my experiences there! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Woodinville!
