My experience was awesome. The folks at Gerber helped me fit the repair into a vacation time for me. They even kept the car for an extra day! I am giving feedback on two car repairs. The first was my sports car which was hit at the left front wheel. The completed job was excellent...the paint work is flawless, the clear bra replacement on the front and hood was also excellent. The mechanical replacements were all OEM as well. And the folks were very easy to work with...couldn't have been better. The second was my Volvo wagon which was hit while parked. Although it was mostly paintwork, when it was done a Volvo Super Tech friend of mine could not tell where the damage had been. Again flawless paint matching on an special factory color. Again, very happy with the work and their follow-up along the way.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber in the repair of my VW Jetta following a collision. Their customer service was excellent! Gordy was very helpful and provided me with several updates during the process. They even called the rental car company so I would have a ride after dropping off my car! I received my car back repaired, cleaned and detailed inside too. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

This was the best experience I have ever had with service anywhere! The staff in the front office took care of all my needs and best of all kept me in the loop with phone calls and emails. The integrity with which I was served was impeccable. The areas of my car that had scratches were buffed and waxed out too! WOW! Jennifer, Terry, and Sharon were awesome!
