To: Gerber Collision & Glass (Monroe, WI) Thank you for your service in repairing my 2020 Ford Explorer. You all went above and beyond with customer service. My vehicle is brand new! When I came to your shop for an estimate, I was immediately greeted with smiles and professionalism. Within minutes, Verne came out to look at my car. He addressed the damage and the additional repairs we requested to be done to the front of the vehicle. In conversation, he showed concern with continuing to drive the vehicle, stating the glass particles floating throughout the vehicle were unsafe. He inquired about my car rental. I explained I was not going to get one until repairs started. We went inside the shop, and Kimberly proceeded to take my rental information, and set up a rental vehicle for the afternoon. I was amazed! During repairs, I received ... continual updates on the status via text messaging. I didn't have to call and inquire! With the estimate, I was given a completion date of May 5th. I got my car back, all repaired and beautiful on April 24th. You took care of the return of the rental vehicle and handled the insurance matters. All I had to do was pay for our portion of the repairs! My husband and I drove to Iowa to see my daughter and new grandchild immediately after picking up the Explorer. It drove like a charm, no problems incurred! I was amazed! Rarely have I received that type of customer service without feeling like I was an inconvenience to someone. Gerber did excellent work on my car. They provided updates on the progress. They finished my car when theysaid they would. They even came and picked me up when my car was ready. I would definitely recommend Gerber.

Very professional bunch of people that handled my repair. Did not cut corners that other shops certainly would have. The repair process was quite large and they got it done in a very timely manner. They kept me informed multiple times. Every other day I would receive an update, so I didn't have to wonder when it would be complete. Excellent all-around experience. I'll refer them anytime I can.

Dropped it off on a Monday with no idea how long it would take. Requested to have it back by the following Thursday (9 business days) so we could take it on our road trip Friday morning. Jeremiah kept me updated the entire time and they stayed 30 minutes late that Thursday to ensure we had our vehicle back for our departure Friday morning. Seamless, easy, and great communication. The body work is perfect. Highly recommend working with Jeremiah (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) and the Gerber team!
