If I could rate my recent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass higher that a 5 star, I absolutely would! In my 40+ years of dealing with customer service-- especially with the auto repair industry, I have never received a better experience. I appreciated that USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise Rental all worked together to make it a seamless and effortless process for me. Anthony reached out to me shortly after I submitted my claim and scheduled my repair within a little over a week. When I dropped off my car and met both Anthony, and Logan, who did the repair, I knew I was in excellent hands. Our vehicle was in an auto accident with extensive rear end damage. Gerber was able to restore the vehicle in pre-accident condition. You would never notice it was in accident just by looking at the vehicle or driving it. We were kept in constant communication on the status and was completed in the time frame promised.
