My car looks just like if not better than it was before I got the dent!

Had a great experience all around. Their team was responsive and provided me with updates as my car was being repaired which I really appreciated. When I went to pick up my car I found one small blemish on my passenger side mirror of some paint splatter. I didn't ask her name but one of your workers came out and cleaned it off for me and made sure I was satisfied with everything. It was very professional and I appreciated it greatly. Great service all around and great people. And my car looks great! Thank you!

Very easy to work with- they had to complete work that was done at the portage location and fixed all of their mistakes. Will always go back to this location! Communication could be better, but all in all very satisfied

We worked with Matt E. He provided a competitive quote and was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and he even helped us with a minor issue on our other vehicle. The quality of the repair work was excellent as well.

WI - 245 O'Connor Dr, Elkhorn - 6/10/26
The Ekhorn location really made this experience. We were rear ended in Florida (of course) and our Honda Odyssey's liftgate and bumpers were inoperable. The vehicle looks great. The only complaint is the length of time it took for the new liftgate to arrive but that was Honda's problem not Gerber's. Should out to Jennifer for keeping us informed

The whole staff was very nice, explained the process, etc.

very good detail work
WI - 530 Lang Dr, La Crosse - 5/31/26
Took my car here after being rear-ended. Had a quote within an hour. The office was transparent and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The car is older, so parts are hard to find and even still they got it back to me good-as-new within two weeks. Even cleaned the inside. I will definitely go back to Gerber La Crosse for future repairs.
