Very friendly and comforting the day of her crash, always kept us informed of the progress of the wait for parts to be delivered and then got the car in immediately when they did arrive. My husbands car needed collision repair work on a door after someone did a hit & run on the car in a parking lot. My husband loves his car and is pretty particular about how he wanted it to look once repaired. After the repair, the car looks like nothing ever happened! Gerber also worked directly with our insurance company which made life a lot easier for us. Would definitely recommend!
