I don't normally submit reviews but the service I got on repair to my Toyota Tacoma was way beyond what I expected. They not only repaired the area covered by my insurance but fixed a couple of other areas that I had to pay out of pocket for a reasonable amount. The truck came back to me detailed inside and out looking better than I can remember it looking in the 10 years I've owned it. Special thanks to Chris for keeping me informed the whole way.

I have to say the service was excellant from the time I received a quote to the time I picked my truck. The body and paint job has meet my satisfaction (looks as if nothing ever happened). I would definitly recommend this shop to all my family and friends provided if anything was to happen to thier vehicle. I was so impressed with the turn around (2 and a half days)..wow!!!! Great job guys and gals!

Fred was so helpful. I really appreciated how he called me regularly to let me know the status of repairs. When I came to collect my car he was so helpful in giving me advice about some non accident related work I need to do to my car. He gave me a referral - which I called immediately. He even got on the phone and talked with them for me. Really Fred went above and beyond excellent customer service. He was truly outstanding. I really appreciated his help. Thank you!!!

our car came back to us as if there had been no damage. dealing with the staff was professional,courteous and they made it so easy. We don't live to far from their shop but when I had no way to pick up our vehicle they went out of their way to deliver it to our home. Chris and all other staff that we dealt with was outstanding. We have used Gerber for all of the dents and big bumps our three daughters made on our cars over the past twenty years. Gerber is consistently polite, efficient, and careful in explaining what they will do. They meet their estimated delivery time so you can plan your schedule. They really are the best.

I just pick up my car from Gerber at Smokey Point. I must say I am totally pleased. Customer service was fabulous. The quality of work done is excellent. I highly recommend them.heck they even fixed my cigarette lighter.
