I was very pleased with the service that I received at Gerbers location in Lacey Washington . The person that I dealt with was named Shane D. He informed me at the time I took my auto in, what was going to happen and the time frame it would take. They also took care of the rental car that I used. Based on this performance I will give anybody that ask where to have their car repair, Gerbers is the answer I will give. Everything was great and the team was great. Thanks

Shane was awesome in keeping my wife and I informed on every update. Shane and his team all were very warm and welcoming to us when we came to visit every time. I appreciate the shop's hard work and timeliness in their service. If I were to get into another accident, I'd highly recommend coming back their shop.

I absolutely love this place. I recommend my friends, family, and people I meet to use Gerber collision if they ever needed any body work or repair. After my first accident I brought my car here after an issue with a previous collision shop. Let me say it was stress free, family friendly environment. My car was done quickly and it looked more than amazing when I got it back. Gerber exceeded my expectations. There is not one bad thing I could think of. I recently brought my car in again, due to some road debris. Again Gerber amazed me with the work they did. They exceeded the expectations. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Never will I go to anyone else if I ever need work again. Thank you Gerber collision. Thank you to the manager and all the workers that worked with me and the car. THANK YOU AGAIN

Very good service. I liked that Toby kept me in the loop and informed on the progress of my service. Things were prompt and professional and I would definitely recommend them to friends. Our last experience with an auto shop was not so great so all in all definitely a pleasant surprise. The work itself was also exceptional. No problems at all.
