Gerber Collision was one of the most friendly and trustworthy repair shop I have ever had to fix my brand new car. One of the reasons why Gerber has exceptional customer service is that they gave me calls and emails to keep me updated and informed on my car repair progress. In addition, they provided rental car service promptly to keep me convenient during repair. As one of the customers whose lovely car is a victim of accident, it is important to know that my car is secure and will be repaired as the way it was and Gerber ensured of it with me. When I got my car back from repair, it was a piece of beauty as it originally was. I really appreciate for their effort and time to fix may car.

Everyone at Gerber is World Class. Not only did they repair the damage expertly, they allowed me to leave my Jeep over the weekend due to personal logistics and....they vacuumed the interior! I will definitely recommend Gerber to my family and friends.

I was so impressed with your Woodinville office when I had my appraisal that I made the trip back across the water to have the repair done there. (I live in Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula) Jennifer could not have been more courteous or helpful, and the same was true of the other people in the office.

I have used Gerber 3 times since living in the west and was extremely pleased with the results. My first experience was when we had just moved here from the east coast our car was stolen. On the 28th day the police found our car in a field which had been lived in and pretty well much trashed inside and out but no damage to engine or anything that could not be repaired. Lots of scratches and dents and inside just completely dirty and "lived in". Well Gerber took the car and made it like new....my husband and I were shocked when we picked up the car!!!!....well my life has changed considerably since then and have had to use Gerber twice since and could not be more please with the service and the people that helped me. Would highly recommend them for repairs and tell Larry I said "Hi"

This was a wonderful experience...I was involved in an accident 4 years ago with my Volvo and took it to a "different" shop and it was the "repair from hell"...I am very pleased with Gerber...They did EVERYTHING they said they would...They called with updates...they were professional and the staff was awesome...5 star service.!
