The estimator and repair coordinator was very proficient and professional. She handled all interactions with insurance adjuster in an expedient and productive manner. I greatly appreciated the frequent emails from her which provided updates to me on the progress status on the repair of my vehicle. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and with a high degree of quality. Thanks Gerber!

Gerber Collision in Lacey, WA made a speedy appointment for a vehicle repair (body damage). The rental car was waiting for me. They called to inform all along the way. They notified me to pick my vehicle up. They opened the shop to allow me to receive my vehicle after closing and helped me transfer my belongings to my vehicle. They definitely went above & beyond in the service they provided. My vehicle looks great. Thank you!

"A tight corner against a parking lot pillar left our Mazda CX-9 with a very nasty dent on the passenger-side rear door. Gerber is one of MetLife's preferred shops and I was able to readily find them on Bing (along with +ve reviews). Larry Clarke, who owns / runs the Bellevue location, is also an Estimator. Larry was very professional, courteous and personable throughout the process. Equally so was his wing-man, Shane (and other staff). Think of it this way: throughout the week or so it took, I kept thinking "what's the catch?" : ) --- I mean this in a good way. Larry picked and dropped me personally in his car. He and Shane were accomodative to my family's schedule (we showed up at breakfast on a Saturday to gauge progress). And evidently, Shane came in all day on a Sunday and worked with their metal-guy to manually fix my ... door frame when the part couldn't be found (I confirmed independently with a couple dealers re: the part situation; "trust, but verify" right?). Shane was equally meticulous in showing me exactly what work they had done, and where the imperfections remained. Gerber also guarantees their work 100% for some inordinate amount of time. Overall: good to find old fashioned pride-in-work, a great American tradition. " read more

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the men and women who represent Gerber Collision & Glass in Lacey, WA, but one word does come to mind AWESOME! After my insurance company recommended them to me, I have had the pleasure of working with the Gerber Team on two separate occasions (when my car got “bruised” a second time I requested their service through my insurance company based on my first AWESOME Gerber experience). The damage to my vehicle occurred on a Friday and despite my arriving at Gerber late in the day, they were on top of things photographing and accessing the damaging, and ensuring the car rental company was there to provide me acceptable transportation sooner rather than later. Based on the damage sustained to my vehicle I expected a two week wait. Instead, the Gerber team worked their magic in 4 DAYS ... (OMG!) and provided me daily phone calls updating me on the status of my repairs – WOW, such customer service I haven’t experience since the “good old days!” When it comes to recovering from a “bad day” in traffic, give Gerber a try and I have no doubt you too will experience the magic! Gerber did a great job on my 2007 Saturn. Definitely, I will recommend Gerber to all my friends for future repair. The warmest welcome and trustworthy attitude surely build up good customer's relationship. Particularly, Larry Clarke, the estimator, is the guy you can trust.
