Friendly service, on time, and the repair was perfect! It was an unexpected plus to find my car washed, vacuumed, and windows washed inside and out! Even the trunk was vacuumed! A +, for great service, a clean shop and office, and complementary coffee and water! I shall return and recommend!

I received a price from the Ford Dealer for the repair of my driver side mirror that was incredible. I brought it to Gerber who was able to make the repairs at a third of the price. They made it easy and was done as promised. The final price was even lower than the estimate since they did not have to use some parts that might have been needed. Thank you

After my wife and I had some work done on our Mustang last year, we were very pleased with the service we received and had filled out a lengthy testimonial then. Well, in November, of all things, while driving through eastern Washington, I hit a wild turkey. Back to Larry at the Bellevue store for more repairs. Not only did he get my Jeep back on the road and looking brand new, but even buffed out a new spot that my wife had put on the Mustang after they had fixed it. They go above and beyond what you would expect anyone in the service industry to do. I highly reccomend them! Thanks Larry and crew, your awesome!!

Jennifer and Gerber collision were wonderful. It took awhile for the repairs to be done....no fault with Gerber but Toyota. Jennifer kept us appraised of any and all changes. We felt the knowledge from her was anxiety reducing during the long ordeal of waiting for parts from TOYOTA! Finally our truck was repaired and we had a full accounting of all that had been done. I have taken both of my vehicles to the Lacey, WA location one for a major repair, one for a minor paint scratch. The major repair was my husband's truck while he was overseas. Jesse called me every week with updates and e-mailed pictures so I could keep my husband in the loop. The truck looks great and runs like new. When I scuffed the paint on my car, I brought it straight to Gerber and they took care of it faster than I ever expected. Thanks so much, Gerber! Great service, great workmanship, happy customer :)

The service at this place is amazing. My BMW had a leak and we thought we knew where, we brought it in and before they decided on what needed fixed they did a bunch of testing just to make sure. After doing a bunch of testing they set us up for an appointment and gave us an amazing deal (25% cheaper then I thought it would be). Their customer service is amazing and the repairs they did are fantastic. Numerous co-workers have recommended this shop and so do I. They even cleaned the car. :)

And they called me periodically to let me know how it was going which was extremely reassuring. Throughout the process they were extremely friendly and I felt like I was well taken care of. I just want to thank you and your team for the great job you did on my company vehicle, it looks great and even though we had a very minor issue, you and your team took care of it very quickly and to my great satisfaction. I would like to point out that your detailer, who came and picked me up was very professional and I was impressed by his attitude. I can’t remember his name but he was a young kid, said he details the cars and moves them around in the parking lot. Please pass on a big “thank you” and “great job” to you and your team.
