I had a great experience at Gerber. My truck had been hit and run and there was significant structural damage to the bed and bumper area. It was going to take some skill to get the shape of the metal back to where it needed to be. I take my truck in and right away I'm taken care of by a guy who puts together a logical estimate. I get an awesome rental car with no nonsense from the Enterprise rep (no dumb questions like: "Are you SURE you don't want our additional insurance?"). Two days later the truck is completely fixed and it looks factory new. Zero problems. Zero defects. They even detailed my chrome wheels. I'm typically a really skeptical guy about automotive repairs. I've been worked over one too many times. Gerber hit every note and gave me NOTHING to complain about. Thank you very much!

Excellent organization and very professional service from Jennifer, Christine and Reno at the Woodinville site in Wa. Service was quick and thorough but also considerate and kind . They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Final cost was very close to the the original estimate and the car was repaired perfectly and in a very reasonable time period. The staff at this particular location are indeed a credit to your company.
