WA - 14201 NE 190 St, Woodinville - 3/10/11

The driver side fender of my car got backed into. The work was done and ready for me to pick up in 3 days with no hassle. They also painted over a nearby old scratch near the damage for me after I had made it clear that it was not caused by the accident. I really appreciated it and in the future when I get the money I will most definitely have them fix the other nicks and wear and tear on the aesthetics of my car.

I had a wonderful experience having Gerber repair the vandalism to my car. They did most of the work between my insurance company and the car rental company. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs and called with enough advance that I was able to get to the shop right as the car was completed. My car was washed (better than when I bought it), they cleaned out the inside (very unexpected) and even took off tape residue from me trying to keep the weather out. I've dealt with other body shops and I have NEVER received the service and courtesy I received from everyone at Gerber. Thank you so much!!

I was impressed by the level of customer service and the extra effort they made to get my car fixed quickly and with quality. They took care of every detail including pre ordering parts they thought might be needed to expedite the time I was without my car. Instead of taking 3 days, I had my car back the same day. They even coordinated my rental car for me. I highly recommend them.

Adjuster Randy Baas answered all questions cheerfully and gave me frequent updates on the status of my car. I must say they went above and beyond, due to some operational problems with the interlock device on my vehicle. Their patience was much appreciated during this stressful time!

The person that i dealt with was Richard. He was nice and professionl. Once my car was finished, I notice weeks later my automatic window button was pushed down. I called they told me to bring the car in. I showed them what was wrong. I did not think they would fix it because it has been several weeks. The fixed problem patched it with tape put it back into place no questions asked. I was very suprise. That would bring be back and tell other's about them. Thanks

I took my minivan to Gerber Collision in Lacey at the recommendation of my insurance company after an accident. All the staff there that we met were friendly, courteous and professional. Jesse was our service coordinator and he explained the process clearly and in detail. The job was done in less time and for less money than the original estimate. We would definitely use them again should the need arise, and recommend Gerber to anyone in need of quality collision and glass repair.
