This is the second time that I have taken one of our vehicles to Kirk at the Lacey location and both times were so easy and stress free. The work done was amazing and turned out perfect and super fast. It is the only place that we will take our cars and I always recommend Kirk to anyone that needs a body shop. Gerber has great customer service! My husband and I were very appreciative to receive calls twice per week reporting the progress with our repair. The car looks great, and the representative, Andrew, was very thorough in going over the details of the repair. Overall, a great experience, despite having been in a car accident!

I was very fortunate that on one of my worst days I was sent to Gerber. There is a reason USAA recommended them. My car went from making me want to cry to unable to get the grin off my face. Larry was GREAT- kept me up to date on progress of the work and put my concerns to rest. Larry made me feel that he was treating my car as if it was his own!! I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do Gerber is where I am going.

The driver side fender of my car got backed into. The work was done and ready for me to pick up in 3 days with no hassle. They also painted over a nearby old scratch near the damage for me after I had made it clear that it was not caused by the accident. I really appreciated it and in the future when I get the money I will most definitely have them fix the other nicks and wear and tear on the aesthetics of my car.
