My dealings with Gerber were incredibly smooth and made a less-then-ideal situation (I was rear-ended and the other partiy's insurance accepted liability) almost a pleasure. I had originally taken my vehicle to another body shop for an estiimate (when I thought I may be going through my insurance - USAA) and for the same exact repair their estimate was 20% higher than Gerber's. USAA gave me the choice of Gerber or Precision and I initially chose Precision based solely on location (5 minutes closer to my house). I will always go with Gerber from this point on. Thank you so much.

I was amazed with the speed of your repair service. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning about 9:30 for what was to be about a 2 day repair. I was suprised when I received a call around 3:30 Thursday afternoon informing me that my car would be done at 5:30 that same afternoon. If I wasn't already in bed sleeping (I work nights) I would have picked up my car that same day. My insurance company has chosen well.

Gerber has great customer service! My husband and I were very appreciative to receive calls twice per week reporting the progress with our repair. The car looks great, and the representative, Andrew, was very thorough in going over the details of the repair. Overall, a great experience, despite having been in a car accident!

I was very fortunate that on one of my worst days I was sent to Gerber. There is a reason USAA recommended them. My car went from making me want to cry to unable to get the grin off my face. Larry was GREAT- kept me up to date on progress of the work and put my concerns to rest. Larry made me feel that he was treating my car as if it was his own!! I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do Gerber is where I am going.
