Jennifer and Christine and Reno were wonderful to work with. I dealt mainly Jennifer and Christine. Both were very professional, communicating with me frequently re: status of the repairs. Jennifer was a very calming influence for me when I first brought my car in. Christine stayed after hours a bit when I ran late to pick up my car. The repairs seem perfect.

YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL! I had such a good experience working with the people who work at the Woodinville store. Reno Bauwens went well beyond the call of duty. I parked the rental car I was driving in my driveway and after exiting it the doors automatically locked and the keys were still inside. I called Gerber and - Reno to the rescue! He came to my house and after several trips to get the right equipment got my car door opened and saved the day. Thanks Reno & the good people at Gerber Collision in Woodinville.

I went to Gerber in Lacey, WA after I had backed into my garage door while it was opening. busting out the rear window and bending the rear windshield wiper motor assembly forward. I told them I wanted it fixed without making an insurance claim. They were able to replace the windshield, remount the wiper motor all for less than my deductible and less than half the cost of an estimate I received from another shop. Saved me money and a claim! Staff was courteous and explained all my options.

Gerber Collision took their time in making my vehicle 100% back to its original condition before the accident. They actually made it look better than it did before we brought it to them. I was expecting the usual of fixing the obvious things wrong with the vehicle but I was not expecting to have my vehicle come back fully detailed inside and out! They really tried their hardest to fulfill my requests and make sure the insurance would cover all repairs.

I left my truck there Monday and I already have it back. It was cleaned inside and out! They also arranged for a rental for me at no cost to me. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It also helped that they knew what they were doing. I will go back and I can highly recommend them.

I had just made my first payment (back in 2008) on my brand new car when it was side swiped while parked and the entire drivers side was wrecked. Gerber of Redmond did a fantastic job of repairing my car and making it brand new again. Just this past weekend, my windows stopped working so I took it into Gerber. They were able to fix it in 15 mins and did so as a courtesy as it was a quick and easy fix. Best customer service - I highly reccommend Gerber.

The first owie required new bumper from a hit and hit and runner, and the second, one week later from a young UW student who wasn't looking. After the unfortunate event of having my new car stratched & dented in a parking lot by someone who didn't leave a note (hit and run), I choose Gerber Collision & Glass in Woodinville. I had been there 15 months before with another car. The workmanship at Gerber is excellent. The estimate for time of repair was right on, even though additional damage was identified that the initial estimate could not have found. I live 2 miles from Gerber. Since I have rental car coverage, Enterprise met me there with a car which I was able to return to Gerber. It doesn't get more convenient than that. My already high opinion of Gerber was exceeded when Jennifer sent an email the day after I dropped off the car with an update, and a 2nd email a day later which included a commitment to have my car ready later that day. "I bought my dream truck about 5 months ago. Since then, I have been hit twice on the two opposite quarter panels while in the grocery store. Both times I have had my trucked fixed at Gerber of Lacey. First time with Jesse and the second time with Andrew. Having worked with both I can easily tell that the business has a culture of great service. Both time were amazing and seemless in working with my insurance company. I love the customer service standards so much that I incorporated the post it note "the only acceptable score is a 10" note in my business on each PO. Everything was as promised and more...time it took for the job, set up with insurance, easy car rental provided, complete renovation of the bumper and side door of my car, plus threw in repair and paint of another small scrape on the back bumper. All the paint blended well and the result is flawless. The car now looks as new and I am extremely pleased with result. I will definitely recommend!!
