Gerber Collision and Glass went above and beyond all my expectations. Because all the work completed on my car looked more than amazing. The paint job is so sleek, it’s seriously perfect and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I couldn’t help but notice how friendly everyone there was it felt like they cared about nothing more than having me leave there happy. Not only did I leave happy, but now I’m going to recommend the shop to all of my friends and family. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and I want them to go to Gerber so that they can get the smoothest paint job on their cars just like I did. When something is so good, it’s a shame to be left unsaid. Thank you so much,

My new neighbor backed into me at 6am, 2 days after I moved cross-country to Washington State where I knew NO ONE. My car was 2 weeks old. His insurance company recomended Gerber as their preferred body shop. By 2pm the same day, the car was at Gerber for an estimate and they were able to take it in the same day. Mike Willimason arranged for a rental while my car was being repaired. He called me every couple of days to give me updates and tell me of the progress they were making. They arranged for everything and went above and beyond what a normal body shop would do. They took a personal interest in my car and made the whole thing feel painless. I would recommend them without any hesitation! The car looks fantastic and they returned it spotless!

I would like to highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, 6240South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409 for the stellar job they did in repairing our little VW Golf. We were sprayed on the I-5 with gravel from a semi, and had to have our windshield replaced, and some semi-major paint work done. We were traumatized by the event (to say the least) and Gerber took us under their wing. They came to the house and replaced the windshield for us, then booked us a rental car free of charge while our paint work was being repaired. Friendly, and caring, they took care of us. Special shout out to Michael Wells especially, who was our head collision guy, and also to the manager Richard Anderson. they both were very helpful. As were all the other staff that we dealt with. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from everyone I came in contact with at Gerber Collision. It has been years since I've had to deal with an insurance claim and my first thought was that it will be lengthy and painful. Much to my surprise Gerber dealt directly with the insurance complany as well as arranging a rental car while my car was being repaired. The process was quick and painless. I even got my car back quicker than originally anticipated which has really nice.

"After being nearly sideswiped and swerving into a median at 50mph to avoid a minivan driver on the phone my 2010 Nissan Titan was in need of some serious repair. Being New to the area and never having had to use a body shop , Gerber was Recommended by the service department at Cambell Nelson Nissan. The dealership told me if I took My Titan to Gerber That I would get it back and not even be able to tell that it was ever in the shop. I have heard all the horror stories, numerous return trips to the shop after your vehicle is so called "fixed" but I figured that the dealership was ok with Gerber soooo..... to Gerber my Titan went. I recently took my car into the Gerber Collision in Renton, WA after being rear ended. I was very impressed with the service. Kami did my estimate and scheduled my service. My car was repaired faster than estimated, I was called about repairing additional damage and Kami knew who I was every time I walked in the door. In addition to all of that, when I got in my car to leave they had vacuumed it out as well. I have been extremely busy with work and taking care of my mother lately so needless to say, my car has been more than a bit neglected. Although it was a small touch, it was a really nice surprise and just made my day. I would absolutely recommend using them and will return in the future, if need be.

Perfectly executed collision repair with perfect alignment, paint, detailing results exactly as scheduled and on time. I couldn't recommend this staff more highly. Repairs are as needed and with a smile at all times. They go out of their way to make dealing with them exceptional including arranging rental car coordination.
